Back to the matter of the day
I'm 22 and a student in one university in the eastern part of Nigeria, I have been in school even during the lockdown I refused to go back home because of some of the business am doing in school and some personal Issues.

So my parents pressure me to come home and I came back on 22 Dec, and what I discovered in my home didn't go well with me .

My mum is a devoted Christian, this kind of churchy churchy kinda person and she don't want her children to be wayward but I have cross boundaries so mum am sorry.

When I get home I find out that my cousins are back from Lagos where they all base and they came home with house appliances like GENERATOR, TV, Dstv,home theater etc .

I am the youngest among them all and I came back home like a commoner, I came home with just my cloths and I didn't buy anything as little as bread or anything, so people in my neighborhood sees me like someone who went to the city to hustle and came back empty handed, my cousins has been Using that advantage to turn me into an errand boy,, they send me to the bank, always ask me to wash his bike and all that lol,, am always humble because of my mum oo. I don't really want to disclose who I am and when am done with the task they will tip me with #200 lol. So last night I went to charge my phone in his room and my cousin was telling me how life was in lagos.
So he told me he was enjoying life and all that, he was saying all this in a mockery way and I was just paying attention to him, I don't want to make it look like I was jealous of his wealth and all that...

So this morning he ask me to me deliver his clothes to a dry cleaner you some how the cloths got stained, this guy was furious and he asked me if I knew how much he got that clothes and that he can't wear a stain white shirt he was talking too much and this man was creating a scene and me I'm an introvert I got angry and told him that he has a poor man mentality, so he came out plain and he was explaining all his achievement in the presence of everyone. I felt embarrassed and I left to my room what this guys and my family don't know is am not who I claim to be.


I know what I babe acquired even as a student in Enugu, I know how I hustle in school and all that, I can place him and his entire house hold on monthly salary and will never run broke, I have a car, 4 plot of land, a phone outlet, a boutique etc ...

All this I acquired it via ill gotten money (yahoo yahoo) don't judge me you won't believe what I went through in school and I can't come out plain because my mum will reject me , my dad will disown me, and she will report me to the police immediately she find out I have a car to my name I know what am saying This woman has made me to live like slave to this brothers of mine .

THE QUESTION NOW IS HOW CAN I CONVINCE MY MUM THAT I GOT ALL MY WEALTH THROUGH A LEGIT WAY AND NOT IN A FRAUDULENT WAY. AND ALSO GET HER TO ACCEPT MY MONEY OR EVEN ALLOW ME TO USE IT TO BUILD EVEN A BUNGALOW FOR OUR IMMEDIATE FAMILY??


I want to show my cousin that he is a poor man, I know how much I use in buying cloths,, what is a bike I have plans of errecting a 5 bedroom bungalow in my compound, my mother has been the issue here if I tell you how I suffer to make this money una go pity me,, make YOU no allow any motivational speaker make you go start university without any financially stable parents or source of income ooo,, they were the once that push me and now they are here to mock me...

The attack comes a few days
after gunmen invaded
Government Science
Secondary School, Kankara,
kidnapping 344 students.

Gunmen suspected to be bandits have
abducted many students of Islamiyya
school in Mahuta town, Dandume
Local Government Area of Katsina
State.

According to Katsina Post, the Islamic
students were abducted on their way
home after they graced a maulud
procession at Unguwar Al-Kasim, a
nearby village.

The actual number of the abducted
students is yet to be known, but the
vigilante groups in the community
have already begun a rescue
operation.

When contacted, the Katsina State
Police Command Public Relations
Officer, Gambo Isah, said he was out
of the state on an official assessment
and could not comment on the issue.
The attack comes a few days after
gunmen invaded Government Science
Secondary School, Kankara,
kidnapping 344 students.

THE Chairman of Afikpo-South Local
Government Area of Ebonyi State, Dr.
Eni Uduma Chima, Thursday accused
the Senator representing Ebonyi Central
zone at the Red Chamber of forging his
two Ordinary Level West African
Examination results of 1989 and 1990 in
the State and is ready to go legal over claims.

The results, according to Chima “has
once been questioned by the
Stakeholders of Ebonyi Central
Senatorial District in 2019” as “the
passport photographs on the two
Ordinary Level Results are those of two
different persons and not that of
Candidate Joseph Obinna Ogba.”
In a statement titled: “Further Musing on
Senator Sergeant Joseph Obinna Ogba
on his unwarranted insults and false
accusations against the Ebonyi State
Governor” and issued to Journalists in
Abakaliki, the Ex-Lawmaker pointed out
that “After verification of the Results
upon application to the West African
Examination Council, the Council
unequivocally confirmed that the WAEC
Results of 1989 and 1990 being paraded
by Joseph Obinna Ogba were products
of examination malpractice,
impersonation and criminality.”
“I reiterate my erstwhile position that
Sergeant Ogba has scanty academic
qualification but will add, since he has
brought it up as an issue, that his basic
qualification of Ordinary Level West
African Examination Certificate is
questionable and in fact has once been
questioned by the Stakeholders of
Ebonyi Central Senatorial District in
2019.

“After verification of the Results upon
application to the West African
Examination Council, the Council
unequivocally confirmed that the WAEC
Results of 1989 and 1990 being paraded
by Joseph Obinna Ogba as his are
products of examination malpractice,
impersonation and criminality as the
passport photographs on the two
Ordinary Level Results are those of two
different persons and not that of
Candidate Joseph Obinna Ogba.
“Ogba’s attempt to replace the
mercenary’s passport photographs
embossed on the spurious certificates
with his (Ogba’s) own, with the
connivance of Mr. Stephen Ali, a WAEC
official failed and led to the dismissal of
Mr. Ali from West African Examination
Council.

“It beats one’s imagination that even the
mercenary whose picture is embossed
on Ogba’s WAEC certificates could not
pass the Art Subjects he wrote in a
single sitting, talk of birds of identical
plumage flocking together and
congregating within the same
proximity.”

Chima further described Ogba’s
purported WAEC Results as “being the
voice of Jacob and the hand of Esau”
which will end up serving as a clog in
the wheel of him attaining a
gubernatorial position.
“The issue of Ogba’s O’level Results
being the voice of Jacob and the hand
of Esau is a knowledge in the public
domain and will remain an albatross
which may prove fatal to his far-fetched
fantasy of attaining a gubernatorial
position.”

Still on Ogba’s academic qualifications,
the Afikpo-South Council boss while
reacting to a write-up that stated that
Senator Ogba got married to an
Associate Professor, he asked: “Does
that put to rest any contest about
Ogba’s academic qualifications? Or is
the author insinuating that the wife’s
qualifications have been sexually
transmitted to Ogba?.

“Sergeant Ogba and his proxy cited with
relish his attainment of the position of
Local Government Chairman during the
military era and mentioned that Ogba is
married to an Associate Professor.
Nothing can be more fallacious and
intellectually hollow than these
arguments. If sound academic
qualifications is canvassed as an issue,
how is it connected with Ogba’s fifteen
(15) months tenure as Council
Chairman?

“Is a Certificate of Returns an academic
qualification? What incompetence will
make this author to drag Ogba’s wife
into our thing? I refuse to be part of this
please. If I must say something about
Ogba’s wife who is said to be a lecturer,
it will be simple: remove the speck in
your eyes first by organising evening
classes for Sergeant Ogba to improve
his academic life, before removing the
speck in your students’ eyes, after all,
charity they say begins at home.”
On what Ogba’s hireling wrote: “We
sympathise with Eni because his
Town’s man, Hon. Stanley Okoro
Emegha, the acting Chairman of APC in
Ebonyi and Commissioner for Boarder
(sic) Peace, Conflict Resolution and
Internal Security, he once accused of
having no certificate has been made his
political nemesis and political retirement
package.”, the ex-Lawmaker responded:
“Let me put it on record that no
accusation of having no certificate has
been made by Hon. Eni against Hon.
Stanley Okoro Emegha,. We attended
the same Secondary School and the
APC Chairman is my senior in age and
in Secondary School attendance. We are
brothers and I am happy for him. We
cannot quarrel over political positions as
there is room enough for all of us.”
On the audio and visuals of comments
made against Governor David Nweze
Umahi prior to the 2015 gubernatorial
election, Chima threatened to sue the
incumbent Senator representing Ebonyi
Central zone for Certificate forgery
“Once the so-called audio and visuals of
speeches appear from whoever and
wheresoever, including from the Enugu
boy writing for Ogba.”

“Talking about audio and visuals of
comments made against His Excellency,
Engr. Chief David Nweze Umahi FNSE,
FNATE prior to the 2015 gubernatorial
election is balderdash, unless you are
suggesting that everybody must have
dementia like Ogba and may need audio
or visual aids to recall his interactions or
speeches about him in the past.”
“My reply to this worthless statement is
that once the so-called audio and
visuals of speeches appear from
whoever and wheresoever, including
from the Enugu boy writing for Ogba, I
will commence a legal proceeding to
throw Sergeant Ogba out of the Senate
for using certificate issued for Ordinary
Level WAEC examination not written by
him. I talk substance. I am a serious
person. I am different from the others as
alcohol is different from water. I have
got kicks. I dare Ogba to dare me now.
The die is cast.”

PRESS STATEMENT: SUSPENSION OF NEW SIM CARD REGISTRATION BY NETWORK OPERATORS WRITTEN BY MEDIA TEAM / PUBLISHED: 09 DECEMBER 2020
In line with the Federal Government desire to consolidate the achievement of the SIM Card registration exercise of September, 2019, the Honourable Minister of Communications and Digital Economy, Dr. Isa Ali Ibrahim (Pantami), has directed the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) to embark on another audit of the Subscriber Registration Database again.
The objective of the audit exercise is to verify and ensure compliance by Mobile Network Operators with the set quality standards and requirements of SIM Card Registration as issued by the Federal Ministry of Communications and Digital Economy and the Commission.
Accordingly, Mobile Network Operators (MNOs) are hereby directed to immediately suspend the sale, registration and activation of new SIM Cards until the audit exercise is concluded, and Government has conveyed the new direction. However, where it is absolutely necessary, exemption may be granted in writing by the Commission following approval from the Federal Government. MNOs are to please note that non- compliance with this directive will be met with strict sanctions, including the possibility of withdrawal of operating license. As the Minister has earlier directed in January, 2020, all citizens are urged to immediately secure Digital Identification from the National Identity Management Commission and submit it to the Network Operators.

The Rural Electrification and Streetlights
Projects in parts of Edda.
The Ongoing Construction of a
magnificent Fly-over at the scenic rolling
hills of Iyere Ogwuma, et cetera.

3. That Edda people are grateful to the
Governor for the countless political
appointments given to Edda sons and
daughters in his Administration,
especially the recent appointment of an
Edda Son as the Chairman, Caretaker
Committee of All Progressives Congress
in Ebonyi State.

4. That Edda people are aware of the
defection of the Executive Governor of
Ebonyi State, Engr. Dr. David Nweze
Umahi from the Peoples Democratic
Party to the All Progressives Congress.

5. That Edda People respect the right
and freedom of the Governor to
associate with any Political Party of his
choice as guaranteed in Section 40 of
the Nigerian Constitution.

6. That Edda people support in totality,
the Administration of Engr. Dr. David
Nweze Umahi and join in his defection
to the All Progressives Congress and
declare that Edda is henceforth for
A.P.C.

7. That Edda clan applaud the Governor
for his foresight and selfless sacrifice in
reconnecting Ebonyi State and indeed
Ndigbo to the National political grid with
the attendant benefits.

8. That the clan shall stand with the
Governor at all times, go with him
wherever he goes and that his people
shall be our people and his Party our
Party.

9. That Edda people are aware of a
gang-up by enemies of Ebonyi State
progress masquerading as politicians to
distract the Governor, detract the
Administration, derail the ongoing
integrated development of Ebonyi State
and destabilise Ebonyi State as a whole.

this infamous group is co-ordinated by
Sen. Anyim Pius Anyim, whose political
stock-in-trade is fighting every Governor
of Ebonyi State and causing bloodshed
from Dr. Sam Egwu’s Administration to
the present.

11. That Edda people hereby warn Sen.
Anyim Pius and his co-conspirators to
desist forthwith from further attempts to
cause crisis in Ebonyi State, insult,
blackmail or distract our performing
Governor, Engr. Dr. David Nweze Umahi.

12. That Edda people once more thank
His Excellency, the Executive Governor
of Ebonyi State for supporting Edda clan
to produce Senator for Ebonyi-South
District in 2019, for a serial third time.
