before you take a business decision, do a cost benefit analysis or A SWOT analysis.
With SWOT analysis, you will know the SWOT-Strenght,Weakness,Opportunity and Threats of that business decision.

Its very easy in the mouth saying it. Choosing a life patner is a process a lady shiuld apply carefulness to.
