ba7man: well, you're right in a way. The previous Governments and the Nigerian system let this trend thrive. They actually still pay rent to live in those slums.

Someone has to put a stop to it and reverse the trend regardless. I remember in the 90's when the corporate buildings in Lagos Island were heavily surrounded by dirty markets. That has been reduced by a large extent now. When Tinubu completed the upgrading of the Lagos Island C.B.D, beggers were the first to help themselves to choice spots on the walkways then.

Why do you think the companies packed up and moved to V.I?? They followed them in the Molues till Tinubu had to put a stop to that.
