Sometimes, we tend to worry too much about what people would say about us. I think you shouldn't. Go get her tested as soon as possible; if positive, quickly start her on follic acid (one tab daily) and register her in an antenatal clinic immediately.

Inform your parents and face the consequences of your actions.
