Kindly advise,my UK visa was cancelled due to claimed bank statements falsification by UKVI but upon administrative and judicial review,another claim was made that there was an error from UKVI about the visa cancellation and was asked to present another bank statement covering another date but my fear now is that the money has been removed since the second day the visa was issued,Kindly advise on the bank statement to present cos the same account number was insisted upon submission.

I went to TLS, thinking UKVI sent them a mail like they said, but they didn’t, TLS now said they will scan that mail and send back to them cos I printed it. I’m done with all that back and forth, filing a proper case this week, will forget about the passport and do a new one

justwise please I need to understand what these statements mean. Please note I was at TLS office and they were confident the passport was not in their possession as at 16th November 2021. Meanwhile I got a mail that the passport has been sent to the VAC since September 2nd 2021, it’s funny how the UKVI finally responds with this info meanwhile I have been calling since the 6th of October and the UKVI outrightly said the passport is either in the UK embassy or embassy in Lagos.

the games continue, until it turns to legal thing now they will understand, decision was made September 2nd but passport was withheld up till 17th November and TLS was confident they are not with it as of 16th November, so who is with it, the quicker they accept responsibility for this mess, the better for them, I am so disgusted

I’ve heard of situation were the student was asked to pay at least 70% of their school fees for declaring their former visa refusals.
I’ve read as much as I can and has been following this thread from page 180 and can’t remember were I’ve seen similar question, but very sure I didn’t come across the answer.
So please permit me to ask again. And I’ll be glad if anyone help.
My school is a private university hence the question, as I don’t want to have any hiccup

This is another question that has appeared on this thread a number of times. And I think people should stop asking these type of questions too. Take a minute to think about it what you think the answer is yourself.

If you will disclose it during VISA, why lie about it at PreCAS stage?

Whatever you feel is right for you, is your right answer.

August 16th - November 12, I haven’t gotten my passport back, can’t even explain how much damage this has done to my business, despite telling me a decision has been made. It is really unfair and inhumane at this point.

The one i used to hear that has delay issues is passport renewal at the UK high commission. but I'm telling you that even those who started their application process to study in UK would never imagine that BRP could be delayed for a month, because the gov website will state that BRP is obtained within ten days of arrival.. So it is not even a topic that pple would easily remember to research on because as a newbie, you would think it arrives quickly. Lack of information is a big problem too.

that is probably where d challenge may have started from. My relative in UK paid the visa fee and IHS on my behalf. So the person chose "Post office." Sadly I didn't know that i ought to have selected my university because nobody mentioned this case in the group chat too.. I was unaware. Not even my education agent (BCIE) advised me on this matter too. Even up till now, if you check the comments here, the main gists are mostly on 'universities and tuition cost, CAS, dependents, visa cost, 28days POF, payment methods form A etc. There are other topics that are very important but are not discussed on the group chat. Even accommodation matter is hardly discussed here, and it is very difficult to get in UK if you don't pay for hostel accommodation on time, esp if u have few cash. I only hope that this BRP matter gets settled this week because it has been over 3weeks without any response nor mail.

I was told UK and Canada Don't use the same bio-data page. I'm considering to state that I have not been denied VISA before as I have to apply in January. I'll like to a get a feedback ASAP... Please I need more clarification as regard POF. If the total tuition fee and living expenses is in the account and a debit was made for tuition deposit. Does that affect the POF?

I'm asking this because I heard that once an account starts running for 28 days, there should not be a credit or debit transaction of more than 100k. I heard that it is bound for visa rejection. Please how true is this?

I need advise.
My spouse has gotten Student Visa but could not travel because the school differed her admission date to first half of next year. She is about getting another admission with another school which will resume earlier than the former. I want to know if she can change Universities after getting the student visa or is the former school tied to her student visa?
