I am referring to those who did from 8th, like I said they took the option off the site on 7th or 6th evening after you’ve done your biometrics. Mine was 8th Dec.

So how come you were able to pay for priority when it’s canceled?

That’s not the case, we were told to request for a refund which I did. If other applications were consider as priority after been told to request a refund, how is that my fault? Shey you get.

I didn’t request and Decision was made the 4th day and what that means is that it is treated as priority. I also did biometrics on the 6th

But we intend to go to the registry after I got my Visa. By then, we will be legally married. Is it still possible by then for her to apply as dependent using the marriage certificate?

application might take a little time than expected, most times, it’s them trying to verify your bank statement. Talk to your bank.

Hello Gurus in the house, please I need some clarification here. I applied for a family of 3 and did biometric the same day. The main applicant did priority and the visa is out but the dependant tracker still shows at DMC. Spouse dependant got NSF mail today but my son didn't get such mail. The POF was in the main applicant account which covers the whole family. There was no letter attached to the spouse dependant's applications that he has access to the fund but the consent form was attached to the child application. could this possibly be the reason for the NSF mail and is there something one can do urgently to avoid denial?

Is the NSF mail asking for additional document or information? If no..ignore the mail, Just try to mail your bank to cooperate and expedite response to UKVI just in case they are looking into the statement. About the consent form, I’d we hoping someone with better understanding respond to it as I also want to learn.

But, i put to you that, it is not as if nobody wanted to help, but most comments here are based on peoples experience, directly or indirectly. people who have not come across such situation before or hear it have nothing to comment about it. I asked a question about uploading wrong statement but got no response on here. While applying a wrong statement was mistakenly uploaded instead of the recent, tho the statement is genuine and still have its money intact, it wasn’t what we wanted to upload as we wanted to upload a statement that also include dependant maintenance. It was really worrisome cos I read on here an applicant that got denied cos dependant money wasn’t included in his pof even-though the dependant wasnt going with him immediately.. so I had to latee send a paid mail and also sent the recent statement to Sheffield team even though they didn’t request that from me on the 8th.I also called them on the 12th only to be told the decision was already made on the 9th.
Not sure if they got the mail or not...God is awesome.
