If statement isn’t fake, she knows what to do as she can appeal however, check the school refund policy.

Pls am asking for someone he is in a confused state he graduated from uni jos and did his masters at lasu. Now he wants to go for study. Pls for his academic reference must he use a lecturer from uni jos or lasu. His agent said he could use any school. So pls which do u think it is better so that he won't have any issues. Then for the character can he use his church or school.

Any of the school would suffice, I’d prefer the recent however. Which one is character again?

The bank statement from bank was fake that the only fake document ,but she was sent a link for administrative review can she still try the administrative link or wait for 10 years, she already paid for University and accommodation.

School might not refund however she can still rent out the accommodation. I hope it’s not fake statement.

Walk into any bank and show them your document with your one way ticket not necessarily a return ticket. To the best of my knowledge, return ticket are requested from people with visit or tourist visa and the likes not for study visa.

D issue is Main Applicant have an appointment next week, but dependants yet to get an appointment.

Use the main applicant appointment date.. you’d go as one family.

most folks here have advised using just one account to avoid complicating matters, the truth is once the main applicant has indicated that the family is traveling with him or her whether immediately or not, there must be POF to cover the entire family and it's advisable that the funds be there till all visas for the family is out in case of random checking of the accounts which is what happened in that case. There is no need to gamble here, it's either the funds are available or not. Opening and Closing statement figures must be the required funds

It would not. It would send the same suspension signal to ECO.if the money in that account was enough for the main applicant and dependant then there is no need to move money around.

Move I meant Is that obviously the money can’t be same since August, paying tuition, forex from third party and all but moving to the dependent account makes it suspicious.

So someone that traveled since last week in August wouldn't have touched the money?what will he be paying rent and feeding from?

I think the issue is money going from the account to the dependent account and not adding up. If money was directed to another account would have been better.

This is very dicey, the main applicant shouldn't have transferred any money especially the 5M out of that account. The home office may think the 5m transferred is what the dependant is using as POF. Not looking good at all in my opinion though I stand to be corrected. Let's just hope for the best.

Lesson to others: please apply together with POF for your entire family at once even if you are going separately.

How about using different account that hold both applicant and dependent separately in account but dated the 28 days started counting same day not after applicant visa?

Seems they are now slow, I will advice you apply to another school.
Tho my spouse got their admission already and expecting cas after countless of mails to almost all the international staff directories. The cas will start dropping by second week of nov after submitting pof and Tb test.... also their deposit payment deadline was stated to be 29th of oct, so I don’t think Hertfordshire would fly for now. Act fast!!!

My only mistake was that I didn’t apply to 2-3 schools months back, I was only expecting university of Hertfordshire to offer me another offer after my first deferral and it was too late before I realized they don’t have MSc in Project Management and i haven’t heard anything from them with the new course which is mechanical engineering.

To be honest, I am not that updated with things over there as I am not even the one going there for study, it’s my wife!!!
You can do well to google about the city and surrounding cities cost of living/income though I’m sure people with more info might have one or two things to say but why not go for school with lesser tuition?

In their school website, it's 5000 pounds as deposit. Nigerians are given the option of paying 1000 pounds or more.
