. *Vision Statement; A POWERFUL tool for Team Building*

*Having a shared vision provides a platform for couples to maximize their strength and minimize their weaknesses. Without a shared couple vision, couples are married* *but living single with each party doing their own thing*, running their own program and living their own life.

*The only uniting factor may be occasional sex and raising children. Problems start when sex is no longer a priority, and children are grown up and gone*.

It’s a miserable life.

*A friend shared the story of his uncle and aunt, Mr. and Mrs. James who are in their 80s and 70s*.


Mr. James was a corporate executive in Lagos for many years. Mrs. James was a teacher and a housewife who raised the children while Mr. James was hardly at home living from hotel to hotel and incorporate guest houses.

Mrs. James complained about lack of attention, but Mr. James replied that he provided whatever she needed as he ran the streets with young girls and secretaries.


When they both retired, their children who were now grown and living in the USA invited them to the USA and rented an apartment for them. Mrs. James opposed the idea of sharing an apartment with her husband.

According to her, they hardly knew each other. They had not shared a bed for over 20 years.

The children insisted that they were not going to rent two apartments, but they were aware of their mother’s concern. A compromise was reached. They rented a townhouse (duplex).

Mrs. James stayed upstairs while Mr. James stayed in the room downstairs because of his failing health. Mrs. James still cooked the meals, and Uncle was free to dish his own food and eat by himself.

Mrs. James, who was still much healthier and stronger, lived an active life. On the other hand,

*Mr. James, who was frail and ill, stayed in the apartment alone by himself. One morning my friend visited his uncle and met him weeping silently with tears in his eyes*

All the glamour of corporate executive was gone, the dignity of marriage stripped, the peace and tranquility of old age missing.

*When Mr. James gathered himself together, he recounted to my friend how he wasted his life living an easy and irresponsible life without thinking of his old age*.

*He advised my friend to learn from his mistakes and treat his loved ones right*.

Hello nairalanders, the year is gradually going to an end yet i haven't achieved anything so far. I'm practically jobless for now as i couldn't afford to eat a day. I begs for money just to feed myself and sometimes i go days without eating.

Get a casual job for now no matter how small. Jobs don't wait for you at home, go outside. Connect with real friends..at least that will provide daily food for you for some time and gather little cash at hand.

★While Beans Need. When they are combined, The Ripe Plantain tries to Leave the Stomach to Travel to the Terminal Ileum where It Digests but the Beans Won’t allow it. This struggle goes on for long which is unknown to the owner of the Body until Fermentation takes Place. As you may be aware, Fermentation Is the source of many known diseases today.

Therefore combining Beans and Ripe Plantain is Called *Delicious Poison.*
I will advise we avoid Cooking, Baking, Frying and Boiling Ripe Plantains… It is best to eat it RAW.

It is only in Nigeria that Senators would earn higher than the President

My humble suggestion is that President Buhari should slash his salary by 50% making it N7M and his VP becomes N6M

Senators should earn N5M monthly while House of Reps should earn N4M monthly instead of increasing VAT by 50%

My take, the N5M being proposed for the Senators is even far too high, i suggest that they should be put on seating allowance, the day you don't seat, no kobo for you, this Nonsense has gone on for far too long. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH
