Ephesians 5 : 31 "For this reason a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife , and the two shall become one flesh."
take note of the bolded.
Titus 1: 6 if a man is blameless , the husband of one wife , having faithful children not accused of dissipation or insubordination.
I'm adding more verses. |

This is a beautiful Monday, don't spoil it by being stupid. No verse in the New or Old testament supports polygamy, bigamy, or sexual promiscuity. Jesus is not Mohammed. The fact that The old testament people did it doesn't mean its condoned in Christianity. There is something called free will which God gave us. Anyone can decide to marry 250 wives, God will allow it happen, but it doesn't mean that God sanctions it. The day of reckoning will surely come for such individual. |

Oniovo, I'm urhobo too and I hate hearing this Biafra bull crap. Imagine our Igbo plumber came around the other day and he said that my entire family are Biafrans whether we like it or not daxlasaint: So as an Urhobo man from Delta state you are telling me am gonna have to become a biafran whether i want to or not? Or are you gonna give me immigrant status to stay in my own ancestral land? Is forcing people of other ethnicity into your agitation not the exact same thing you hold as your beef against the british? Well till such a time as when and if ever biafra becomes a reality let me hold my peace but i know if the day ever comes not an inch of non igbo ancestral land will be ceded to biafrans and am very sure this sentiment is not individual to me alone.

I have several of them
Ephesians 3: 20 Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think , according to the power that works in us ,
Also
Romans 8: 38 For I am persuaded that neither death nor life , nor angels nor principalities nor powers , nor things present nor things to come ,
39 nor height nor depth , nor any other created thing , shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. |

Out of context. Paul wasnt referring to women in general. Read about Annah. She was a prophetess. A woman greatly used by God, and did what no man could do then. Christianity isn't Islam where you are taught that women are only "sex symbols" and baby making machines. yaqq: am a muslim but my best passage is in corinthians where d bible stated dt God is d head of Jesus as Jesus is d head of man and d man d head of a woman, the. bible went further to elaborate on d need. for women to b quite in d church, dt they should asked any question tru their husband or brother's! same corinthians where he talked about women should cover their hair in d church but wat do we av 2day? opposite in most churches |

Nigga pls get started. Tell me exactly how we need Igbo's. Tell me what we've ever needed igbos for? Tell me what igbos will bring to the table apart from population. Tell me how an SS rich in so much minerals, aqauatic life, arable land and access to international waters need the igbos. May I remind you that the SS is the mist sustainable region in Nigeria, meaning that in the case of a secession, the SS will definitely do well without the rest of Nigeria. You say oil is worthless, but even at an all time low price, oil still accounts for about 90% export revenue. So how exactly do we need igbos? Emancipation: Last you checked? Nigga go take a sit. You need Igbos more now than they can ever need you. That oil that made you significant in Nigeria is worthless now.
We are industrious, and well educated. We are capable of producing any goods and services. We came back stronger 45 years after the civil war. Our major villages are turning into towns overnight. Nigga dont even get me started. |

you're obviously Yoruba. And may I ask, when the Scots did their referendum, were the English, Welsh, or Irish citizens subjected to a forced referendum? I didn't read your shiit Read the post above. Mandarin will cure your ignorance. MrAnalyst: [s]Hahaha. Ignoramus! Let me tell you something. Even if you want to be Anti-Igbo,it's allowed, just try to do it smartly.
I'll not discuss on whether Yorubas contribute more or not,due to the tribalism here. However, you made the claim dumbo. Prove It
Trade contributes little to UAE's GDP? This is dead-on dumb! The upsurge in UAE's GDP especially from 2013 onwards was fuelled massively by trade, tourism etc Go and read and help yourself. Look at you, trade has never developed any nation.
Trading had never developed a nation? Only exporting can? Who is Amberon and what is he/she saying? Just look at China, trading has made them a trade giant and contributed to their rise to superpower status. Before 1978 China was nowhere economically until they reformed and started trading. Don't seperate Importing/Exporting from trade, that's nonsense. So Amberon, stop yapping [/s] |

Politics › Re: I Respect Igbos by Amberon: 11:37am On Feb 06, 2016 |
Pls stop being ignorant. Trading contributes very little to the GDP of the U.A.E. U.A.E has huge oil and gas reserves and is an oil exporting country. The U.A.E is the most preferred destination for tourism. These are what their economy survives on, not trading. Trading has NEVER developed any country. When exports exceed imports, a country will naturally begin to develop. Trading alone cannot develop any country. How much does their trading generate as revenue to the government?? leke12: The only thing that can develop dis country fast is trading, since we have enuf ports scattered arund dis country. Dubai is case study |
Politics › Re: I Respect Igbos by Amberon: 11:27am On Feb 06, 2016 |
stop this igbos are relevant crap. Every tribe is relevant. are igbos the only traders in Nigeria? and what does their trading add to our GDP? Igbo's are not more essential than the SSners or Yoruba's. If anything, the SS revenue runs Nigeria, and Yoruba's contribute more to our economy than the Igbo's. So how are Igbo's more essential than other people? y'all need to stop this. leke12: if we want economic development we need one another but igbos are essential |
