Dear Sir/Ma,
My name is ALIU Adeyinka Balogun, I am 34years old, single and an orphan. I was diagnosed with chronic kidney disease about 6 months ago and unfortunately this has progressed to end stage renal failure. I am currently on dialysis 2 times per week at Babcock University Teaching Hospital in Ogun state. The doctors have determined that I need a kidney transplant in order to save my life. I am currently facing 3 main issues now. The first is to get someone that will donate a kidney for me that would match. The second is to get funds to pay for my twice-weekly dialysis until I get a transplant and the third is the funds to pay for the surgery. The estimated cost for the total dialysis per week is about N80, 000(N40, 000 per dialysis) and the cost for the surgery and subsequent immunosuppressive medication for a year is about N8, 000,000. The doctors have advised that I get the transplant done as soon as possible so as to avoid further complications from continued dialysis. I am in urgent need of a donor and funds for my management.
I lost both of my parents at a tender age. I am the only child of mymotherand she passed away about 16 years ago. My father was a customs officer and he also passed away about 8 years ago after a brief illness.I have been faced with so many challenges in my life, and I have managed to overcome each one of them. This is the latest challenge I have been dealt with and I sincerely hope with your support, I will surely be victorious this time around too.
Attached is a copy of the letter of financial assistance from Babcock University Teaching Hospital with details of my medical report.
God bless you as you consider my appeal.
Sincerely,
AliuAdeyinkaBalogun 08106295639

Islam › Chief Imam Samadaani Nickname Hon. Commissioner For Home Affairs 'ATIBYAANY'. by amodu(op): 6:30am On May 20, 2018 |
By: A. T. Olorunjedalo, Publicity Secretary Samadaani Family.
Honourable Abdul Lateef Abdul Hakeem, Commissioner for Home Affairs was yesterday nicknamed 'Atibyaany' by His Eminence Shaykh Yahya Oshoala Ajagbemokeferi As-Samadaani Ameerul Muhminin Asadul Aarifin, Chief Imam Jamiu, Oriwu Central Mosque, Ikorodu Division.
His Eminence As-Samadaani gave him the cognomen at one of the mosques under his jurisdiction, the monumental Erunwen Central Mosque, Ikorodu 6th Ramadan Public lecture where the Commissioner was the Guest Lecturer.
The guest lecturer, Hon Iyepe as he is fondly addressed, was given this byname, Atibyaany, meaning 'The Explanator' owing to his all time explicit expressions and deliveries.
Gift is a rare commodity, as well common because it is readily bestowed on every individual however in varying nature and degree.
The gift of explanation is such given gift embedded in Hon. Abdul Lateef Abdul Hakeem.
Today, at the occasion, he dwelled on the topic, Is there judgement after death?
To the justice to this, Hon. Abdul Hakeem Abdul Lateef, Commissioner for Home Affairs started by his usual series of songs' lecture and reiterated that we begin as sand, we are bearing sand and will end as sand.
According to him, he said "I am quite surprise of the choice of this topic because people dislike the mention of death but it seems we are now coming to terms with this reality, death."
He said," human beings have embraced the world but forgotten hereafter, love food forgotten that something will eventually consume us, desire magnificent and aesthetic buildings neglecting the grave, etcetera."
In furtherance, he said "we have chose to neglect this day that will mark our end in this world (death) which is synonymous to the day that marked our beginning (birth). On both days, we will be carried, bathed, clothed, and catered for, unaware of those that rejoiced upon our birth, as well as those that will sympathize upon our departure. It is the prescribed norm to render Adhan, later followed by Iqamah and Solat follows immediately. However, Adhan and Iqamah was rendered into our ears on the day of birth, the Solat will not be performed until the day of our death".
"Affirmatively, there is judgement after death. The day of resurrection, day of reward, day of classification, day of yours and yours alone..... Prepare for this day with worship, good deeds and their likes to gain the mercy of Allah on the said date", he admonished.
Behold, this and many more erudite and explicit deliveries makes the Chief Imam and Ameerul Muhminin of Ikorodu Division deem him fit for the epithet, 'ATIBYAANY', THE EXPLANATOR.
Responding to the byname, the Honourable Commissioner for Home Affairs promised to henceforth add it to his names; HON. ABDUL LATEEF ABDUL HAKEEM ATIBYAANY (HON IYEPE). |

MrHistorian: C'mon! Use your head guyz.
This is a clear-cut match fixing playing out. Real Madrid may eventually proceed but this scoreline certainly doesn't reflect individual team's prowess.
It might even be a bait to allow fans worldwide seeing the game enjoy their time. An early goal from Madrid would have toned down the intensity of the game and make fans (from both teams) lose interest.
All in all, something is definitely fishy. Last week, it was all about genius of Ronaldo and nothing match fixing surface. Why now Stop the double standard |
