@amokeme, please do not link any CU student with Nairalander for these kind of things. Something like this can actually get one to get expelled or suspended. Mr diplomat needs to go through the right channels if he wants to organize a debate, use our library books or anything like that. Let him write a letter to the HOD of International Relations, CLR director or DSA first. You know CU can be funny at times with how they interpret things.

I am confused. Do they or don't they have summer schools. Plus do they or don't they leave out the carry overs until you fail them in summer school. I have asked students and staffs. I am not judging the school. It's a nice school. I just think that if I was given the opportunity to attend summer school with or without your school facilities, I think things would have been easier. Federal schools just make shyte hard for peeps. This discussion won't be sweet on a forum. Look for someone that attended OAU or UNILAG or UNN or those major federal schools, sit down and let them tell you the woes and troubles of attending a federal school. Before you can think or even talk about a first class. As in schools that have prerequisite courses, where you will already know that you will have an extra year in your year 2 when you fail one course.

Yea I m speaking of experience. I once had a fling wit a CU girl then, nice girl buh unfriendly friends... she was studying Econs and lo..she was also a pretender like 97.9% of CU girls.. oya deny ds one...

I do believe private schools such as CU actually do help/encourage their students to pass. Like CU for instance where you do mid-semester test like 1month to exams which is about 20-30 marks and ur exams are 70mrks there is no way a good student will fail because deres nt much left to be taught b4 exams hence the high pass rates, whereas in a govt uni you don't do mid-semester tests, u do exams where its 100mrks straight(uniben students shuld knw wah I'm talking abt) and the lecturer tells u that
"A" is for his mother/ancestors and "B" is for him then u struggle for the rest.
