Hi Amaky, Thank you very much for opening this thread as a means of helping folks. I am coming to Winnipeg in a few weeks on a PR visa with my family And I will need your help on a few questions - How is the weather like in October? - What bank and telecoms service provider will you recommend? - I see you have mentioned starting out on any job. I personally don't mind as long as it can pay my bills. How easily is it to go about the job search? - What is the average cost of a 2 bedroom apartment? Thank you. I still have a few other questions but I will stop for now. Thank you. |

Nice information here, at least the first two pages. Unfortunately, the thread has started derailing because of questions not related to the thread. It will be nice if we stick to the purpose of this thread and other questions posted to other threads meant for such. |

I passed through that express on Christmas eve and on 27th December and I can confirm that a lot of progress has been made on that road. World class expressway for the parts that have been completed. Julius Berger need to expedite work on the Lagos-Shagamu end of the road though. RCC is doing great so far. |
#EmefieleOut He's the worst thing to have happened to this country after boko haram. If we have a more competent CBN governor, then the oil shock wouldn't have bitten us this hard. This coupled with his lack of professionalism and patriotism displayed in the recent past when he literally opened the CBN vaults to politicians is enough reason to axe him. #EmefieleOut |
The GMAT used for employment purpose is different from the GMAT the op is referring to. Employment GMAT is simple and not to be compared to the business school required GMAT. The main challenge with Nigerian candidates is that we are not used to standardized test and as such it's kind of strange and difficult. Another challenge with gmat is the data sufficiency questions. Anyone who can master and do well in data sufficiency will do well in the quantitative aspect of gmat. The quantitative part is the most difficult anyway. And like the op said, you have to take as many preparation tests as possible. You can be sure your scores in the prep tests is a reflection of what you will score in the main exam. My final advice to anyone who want to write the GMAT, please get the most recent official guide and use it for your preparation. That was my own undoing. I did not use the official guide while preparing and I paid dearly for it. I want to write it again but I can't summon the mental strength to prepare. Gmat is tough but it is surmountable. By the way I scored 560. |
Sincerely this country needs an hard reset. We can't continue patching things up. These people are greedy. They have NDDC, NigerDelta ministry, 13% derivation and various interventions from the IOCs. What has become of all these? Yet they want more. President Buhari, please give them 100 percent and sit back and see how they will destroy themselves. |
Banks need to take the issue of fraud seriously. I don't know the essence of BVN if all these fraudsters cannot be traced. The fraud desks in banks should be collaborative and help stop these fraudsters. Please ensure your dad is okay and he doesn't dwell too much on this. God shall restore his loss. |
La Campagne is 95 kilometers from Ozumba Mbadiwe, meaning the location of this property will be about 100km from Ozumba. |
