Right from 2015,some people keep claiming that Rivers is PDP, yet after the 2015 and subsequent elections. APC keep gaining ground in Rivers State with Gov. Wike loosing his OWN Senatorial Zone to APC in person of Sen.Andrew Uchendu. Not to talk of the wave of defection going across the state. Including the resignation of commissioners, special advisers,PAs from Wike administration. Even in Recent house of assembly elections in PH city with high voting strength is led by APC predicted winning tactics for 2019. Not to mention the absolute failure of job opportunities for youth in both the Civil service and private sectors in the state. No tangible attraction of both local and foreign investors. Certainly those voting for the conquered elected positions by APC will still come out massively for the 2019 elections. So 2019 will be a SHOCK. Take it or leave it.

Dangote got worse because he allowed INDIANS to manage his company.

Gov. Wike has not created NOT EVEN one Thousand JOBS for Rivers youth both in the civil service or any tangible empowerment programme yet some politically alleged one million jobber youth are matching for him. All for their Pockets.

So Saraki, Orji kalu, and others prosecuted being members of APC. So AKpabio is not exceptional as far as is proven by court that he is guilty.

The militants in the Presidential amnesty program are refusing an offer by the federal govt in giving them packages so that they can establish on their own instead of collecting monthly stipend. They're rejecting it,so this is Laziness.

SOUTH-EAST.....The issue of Drug trafficking which most times some youths are arrested and executed in places like South Africa,India,Malaysia,Indonesia to mentioned but few. Not to forget the issue of baby factory, 419 and adulteration of drugs and drinks to the detriment of people health because of get rich quick syndrome.. Yes SOME Youths are Lazy.

SOUTH-WEST..... The very rampart issues of rituals killing for power and money that is being spearheaded by youths is here. What of the Yahoo Yahoo mentality.Of recent SOME LAZY and SENSELESS youth were arrested with human parts and fetish things. So this is being Lazy and Senseless. All because of get rich quick.

NORTH.. What will you say of Some Youth who prefer to be suicide bombers than be Educated. Or is it Religion intolerance resulting to the Killing of innocent souls. This is Laziness and being senseless that youth prefer to live a poor oriented live than to be educated.

I'm a TYPICAL LOCAL Nigerian who enjoys local rice and food. Am talking about Typical Local rice which am proud to enjoy, thereby putting money into the pockets of my brothers and sisters who produce the OGOJA ,EBONYI and ANAMBRA rice. You can keep enjoying your expensive foreign rice. However price difference is something everyone handle individually,for instance a basin of Garri around RUMUDARA is a around 2300,but around OZUOBA you get it lesser.also depends on the shop and Garri type either IKWERE Garri or others,the choice is yours. In terms of rice there are places where local rice are warehouse and sold cheaper especially those coming from EBONYI,Ogoja and the North which takes those who stoop low to identify. Places like mile one and oil mill market soup condiments are cheaper compare to Rumuokoro or Slaughter market. So price difference depends on you if only you will stoop low to identify. This is Port Harcourt for you and we know the secrets shine your eyes in PH else you will work and own nothing.

My comparism wasn't about 2014 or 1999,but about 2016/2017 as you can see from my post. For your notice even in US or the UK what was bought with 100 dollars or pounds 5 or 3 years ago must certainly increase in a way,inflation everywhere is an unavoidable circumstance by it rising rate.Even recently in UK their inflation rate increased slightly.
Coming back to Nigeria, if we can have more than 100 percent drop in price of garri and rice we bought 2 years ago, I believe the present price will certainly drop further if more people continue to engage in farming, thereby increasing production which will cause eventual drop in price that is business friendly.

Good news,Things are gradually getting better. Sometimes in 2016/2017 we bought a basin of Garri for #6000 in PH but now I can use same amount and buy 3 basins of Garri, we also spent #26000 for a 50kg bag of rice. But with same amount now I can afford 2 bags of rice instead of one. We will get there I strongly believe with the emerging gradual drop in food prices as more people engage in farming ,hence increasing production the prices will keep droppings.

Let crisis not cause oil price increase, let demand do. Even as it is to the advantage of my country Nigeria by increasing our foreign reserves and making our macro economic stronger. Goodness anyway ,but no to crisis.

When a person or a society politics loves to Hate, you always see them depressed and never happy. For instance it is easier to identify depressed and unhappy political people around us and even here on Nairaland by their obvious LOVE TO HATE characteristics.
1. They are not always objective about anything.

2. Their morning to evening greetings always start with insults and abuses and also end with same.

The Senator statement was very unfortunate,he was expecting his constituents to visit him and inform him of they being beneficiaries. Since they don't care about their oversight functions what do one expect. Even as former Governor he forgot how budget processing works,that not all budget proposal monies are actually released, for him to even blindly accuse the govt of spending over one trillion naira. Nothing in life is free from challenge, hence npower work hard to overcome your challenges and make Nigeria believe in you.

Very unfortunate the way some Nigerians have allowed political,ethnic and religious sentiments to override their moral reasoning. Sometimes various passengers filled in 18 seater buses were being kidnapped almost daily in Rivers state. And no one said it was stage managed,propaganda ,lie etc with the reason that how possible it is to kidnap in such instance. But the happenings were real. Today because its PMB or APC ,its now stage managed. Some don't even care to be happy for families of the kidnapped girls or the surviving girls, all they care about is their NEGATIVE SENTIMENTS.
