That's exactly my point , the terms "nowhere or nothing" is just a matter of semantics.
Most of us instead of admitting that we don't know "how" things came about we tend to
interprete "how" to mean "what brings about things".

You might believe that we were created , but I am sure you don't know " how" .
So if someone tries to explain the "how" based on some assumption I see no
reason why you should vehemently reject it.

And the idea of "something" coming from "nothing" still exist on a smaller scale in the universe
as seen in the birth of stars from void.

you shouldn't have issues with something coming from nothing.
In fact one requires a greater leap of faith to go with the former than the latter.
