Hello ladies ...... So I have ported again.

Had my baby girl on the 27th Dec. @ 33weeks. had to be put in an incubator. It's so heart breaking seeing her like that. can't hold or touch. Grateful she is alive.

I need a good breast pump. no idea how much it goes for
manual / electric.

trying not to be depressed.

Ok so lemme complain a little.... this pregnancy has not been too nice for me. I thank God sha.

Fortunately no fibroid pains so far...30weeks

Had to have 2 teeth pulled, constantly had cough and cold......morning sickness....malaria......hmmph

So went for ante natal last Tuesday.....complained about some tightness in tummy and itchy vjay. ....got sent for test....

Malaria test came out neg....thank God. Dropped urine n vjay samples to collect result the next weeek.

Got home and started feeling the tightening more. It continued all night. Called my doc and she adviced me to come over that I might be contracting. Went in , got checked n it was confirmed ......was immediately admitted n treatment commenced. Antibiotics n all .....

Thursday my result was out. Got infection . My meds had to be changed...... was knocked out most of the time anyway (given sleeping things). Was discharged yesterday..... with strict instruction for bed rest .......with lots of medications .

They are praying I get to at least 32weeks since I had the last one at 33weeks. I know my God is still in the business of doing miracles...... I know I will surpass that 33 weeks and have a beautiful healthy n perfect baby girl in Jesus name.


I am already tired of staying at home

Belladsweet..... sorry dear. For my first baby with fibroids I was given paracetamol inj only.......I know how painful it can be but at that early stage there's not much u can be given.....pcm tabs is ok too. Keep hydrated...listen to your gynae n ur body. Rest alot.

Hey God, I don't have cold o but sometimes I just have to breath through my mouth as I feel my nose is not supplying me with enough oxygen. I'm just 22weeks gone.

U r not alone sisterly.... not had a good night's sleep I a while now, always looking tired! It is well...used otrivin but that can't be used for long.....heat does nothing for me, so does rub, olbas oil, nothing.....only otrivin worked n that can't be used for long else it will get worse... I don Google tire! I'm 14/15 weeks now

Sure we all doing good, congrats airforcewife and all that have put to bed, pushing mamas, it will sure end in praise for us in Jesus name!


So.....the toothache did not go away, got really really worse,coupled with blocked nose, could not eat, could not breath, so could not sleep day n night for almost three days. I was 14 weeks gone. Doc had to give consent to go ahead to see a dentist.

Got to the first dentist, private one, did a face x-ray(of course covered with lead apron), his diagnosis:: three teeth affected , could save the really achy one tru roots canal, the wisdom goes relieving pain from the next .....ok...root canal costs 150 k..hmmm. Told hubby, who is kinda averse to root canal cos of past failed experience. Said we'll get a second opinion.....still in pain, I, can't eat, pcm was not doing jack!.

So hubby remembered he had an old dentist friend in Ggagada general....called her, told me to come in the next day being Friday morning. She was on leave n won't be around so will have to see he colleagues....


Got there as early as I could, met the younger docs first, they gave the same diagnosis, an older colleague came and looked at the x- ray well, noticed something and asked them to check the roots of affected tooth...they found out it would be too week to withstand a root canal....would crumble whole filling bla bla , na so I for just waste money?? Meanwhile root canal is being done at Randle for 60k per teeth! Ole private man!


Anyways they took out two, first n last molar on my right side leaving a very lonely second molar.....not nice at all. All took about 15min. Got home texted my gynea that it's been done, she called right back n told me to immediately take valium 10 morning and night, Clofenac 50 morning n night, all apart from the prescription from the dentists.... I knew she used style to put me on 5 days bed rest with the valium so as to keep uterus calm cos of the fibroids.....was in good amount of pain from the extraction though.


Anyway, next day evening, I was tired of sleeping n staying home so silly me got up n went to the pharmacy, stayed standing for a little while, got back home at night and noticed some liquid come out of vjay, went to check n it was brought red blood, mom started freaking out, I sofry go siddon, quickly took my meds, texted doc, n waited, blood was not gushing anyway, my little boy kept coming to me to carry him....doc said to wait it out till the next day, if it does not stop, to come in.


All this while I was thinking to myself " na me go first get Belle, why all this wahala sef." bleeding stopped later sha n turned brown. Can't still eat better food(very annoying) still laying down.... not much pain in gum, extraction site.

So Pls how long does it take to be able to eat meat again for those that have had teeth pulled, I really don't want to miss ileya meat ooo

I had the most beautiful girl on planet earth yesterday sometime before 5pm, I don't know her weight yet but she is here in the ward with me where I can see the nurses feed and bath her....

She very healthy and bigger than some babies that reach to term..

Is not a small somtin my sister.....its like everything is just one kind......it is well sha....i think mine is a particular teeth....eating an enjoying my meals v become a big deal for me.....will try the longrich toothpaste......thanks Ma'am

Yeah, again m having tooth problems, very painful.... doctor said to wait for one mo month before I can go for any pricedure..... is it fair?? Only me one!

Good evening everybody, hope we all had a good day....


So....... I feel m suffering too much in this pregnancy! Wetin sef! , morning sickness, cough, malaria......now catarrh. I used chloroquine, augmentin, one bitter tasting cough syrup like that, loratyn, n normal BP drugs.......malaria didn't go, doc said I couldn't do much but it as it was first trimester.

After like two weeks, used metakelfin, two weeks after, coartem, zinnat, loratyn, OTRIVIN nasal spray for severely blocked nose! Used it all now

The problem now is the nose still gets terribly blocked its impossible to breath hence no sleep , doc said not to use otrivin(which has been like a life saver). For more than 5 days. It's miserable not to be able breath properly. I can't sleep, can't eat, drink water in peace as my mouth has to be free to breath.

I'm tired!! Sorry for the rant biko. Pardon any blunders, I cant edit abeg

me and hubby have not had real sex for quite some time now. the last time we did.. I had very painful cramps for over 5 minutes.. like really painful contractions.. I think I was around 6 weeks then

after some advice I got here and from my doc too.. we've not had real sex.. just touching here and there..

I'm almost 12 weeks (less 3 days) .. do u think its safe now..i was shy to ask the doc yesterday.. the doc I met yesterday is a Woman and she has an unfriendly face...

is it safe now?.. for him to go deep as usual .. and also especially me on top.

I know the question sounds kinda gross...

Wait a while more pls......n when u wanna start Pls do go slowly.... also still seek professional advice.....

Also me I'm yet to make delivery hair o, I have braided wig I'm using, the tots of making hair ehn is scary, cox I remember the last time...I felt like cutting off my hair, so I was considering carrying my natural hair to the delivery room, then make the hair after my baby's arrival.

Biko sabi momas, will I have time to make the hair after delivery, or shud I just make it now?

Hello Ma'am, if you r like me that hair pains a lot to make, just make it now, I found out after delivery my scalp hurt more..... or like a mama mentioned weave it neatly n wig up..

Hmmmm this children can stretch ones patience ehn? My boy of 1yr5mnts is really something....I've started tapping him small small but I don't think he understands Y yet..
When people come into my shop with children(even ones older than him) he will try bullying them, then when he sees the child is tryn to run from him,power don come! He will so pull n push till the child start cryn....(abeg make e now pursue customer for me o), but when he sees the one that can give him back, uncle will just gentle...... now he has started slapping people,,me, dad, grandma, uncle, sales girl, customer, nobody is exempted. I have this small phone that he just like to see in pieces on the floor.....one he sees m not holding it he picks it n throw it on the floor like this where it's supposed to be.....abeg.....let him grow out of it I b4 I start spanking

Oh my, now I know two pregnancies r not the same .....here I am at 4am with totally blocked nostrils, since 2am. From one thing to the other, n one can't take meds anyhow .....
