Just relax( impossible right? ) but just try. Paracetamol did nothing for me as well. The pains were terrible.

Pls n pls if the pains don't go down soon enuff, head to the hospital. Cod the pains can actually lead to contractions, n m sure u don't want that.

Like I said, the pains are terrible, I had it almost throughout. Don't b afraid to take drugs but of course double check. I took tramadol for post parting pains n I did not like the experience at all. Ask ur doc for something else. Maybe paracetamol injection, or some other drug.

Take lots of water n rest well

In fact I was told by my doc then to take the painkillers everyday, pain or no pain. But I did not. I only took em when I felt the pains coming on. I take em, eat and go home to lay down immediately. No cooking, no house work, no nothing! There was no food seller in muster I did not patronise!,

I had over 8 fibroids, four big ones measuring from 5 to about 13cm eventually n some small ones. The sonographer actually stopped counting. From 4weeks I could feel them. Three were taken out during vs, one was blocking the way,another was pendiculated.

Above all, pray!

When u can bear pls do. I am not a fan of drugs in preg, but when the advantage supersedes the dis. I take em. My baby is still growing strong at 6months plus. Though I had him at 33week.

God will make it easy for you. U will deliver safely and at the right time with u n ur baby doing perfectly well.

Hmmmm.... My dear, I don't really subscribe to taking medication from just anybody during pregnancy.

I run a pharmacy but beleive me when I was pregnant I never for once took any drug on my own. Even do that's a pharmacist, reluctantly allowed me take prescribed drugs, cos I took a lot my sister.

Have ur docs number so u can call anytime, my doc preferred texting. At a paticular time paracetamol did nothing for my pains, so I was prescribed diclofenac to b taken everyday reason being that the pains could lead to early contractions( I had the pains from onset of pregnancy). So u see I really needed it.

I used cool compress too

I use pregnant care plus and I don't have MC. Though have not been having it since I got pregnant. I normally use it when am about to sleep.my symptoms are fatigue and constipation I always feel as if they pumped gas inside my stomach which is not comfortable at all.

Hello ma'am, I used pregnacare plus too from day 1, used with main meal at night. No issues

Was constantly constipated too, orange was my enemy. Mist mag was my constant companion. All those gaviscon n co don't work for me. Some swear by gascol.

midesquare, u can use warm water( hot please) to gently massage the area, it really disturbed my baby too, I was almost in tears seeing him wriggle in pains. We went to the doctors n he just smiled n said to always burp him. Me I ended up using gripe water, dentinox, did tummy time often. E no easy. But she will outgrow it. Sowie, hugs

So we went for our 6mnts immunization n DS weighed 6.5kg. Children's nurse said he is a little underweight. I just started him on pap n friso rice given approx. 4 times daily.

Nurse said to give pap or cereal only twice daily and Breastmilk for the rest. My Aunty thats a retired nurse said to give pap every 2hrs. I tire. My boy likes both pap n cereal a lot . He does not suckle for long.

So how is our weight? how many times can I feed pap n cereal daily....thanks

Is it engorged? That happened to me while still in d hospital post op, a wonderful nurse helped me with it...

She used a sheet of chilled cabbage placed on my breast, with a bra worn over it, my sister, instant relief. The cabbage got warm quickly so I had to keep replacing. God bless her.

Are you using anything for it? U can use piriton allergy syrup. Also watch out for what might be causing it like food, detergent, fabric, etc.
