Professor Chike Obi a renown mathematician and a politician, was a professor of mathematics in the university of lagos. Hailed from Anambra state . Died in 2008 at the age of 87yrs.
Was a staunch nationalist. Gave his three sons Nigerian names with geographical and ethnic spread. One has a SE name the second a northern name (mustapha) and the third a SW name. I think Wole , Obinna and Mustapha.

He was also the first emir to start a western school for girls. Dikko was the grandfather of Late General Hassan Usman Katsina the first Military Governor of Northern Nigeria under Ironsi. He ( Dikko) is the great grandfather of the Present Emir of Katsina Abdulmumin Kabir.
