And that was how my EDD passed today and this baby just balance with no show.
I have eaten pineapple taya, I have put DH to serious work that men enjoy hahahaha, I have taken walks inside the house, I have massage nipple, I drink hot water like kilode as winter sef has started early but shuooooo my sisters nothing! Had a sweep and guess what? Cervix is closed with padlock and super glue.
I just wanted to let this out cos its as if this baby is having a party inside

Yes Cappo. I am 39weeks today. I had my appointment and the saw a little trace of protein in my urine but said nothing to worry about. The pressure down there no be here and Braxton Hicks are just crazy, then feeling super tired.
But all in all very grateful for this privilege.
Hello precious ones (November babies), we have carried you throughout these months so a few more hours or days or weeks won't hurt as long as we can hold you in our arms and know that you are hale and hearty and we are strong. Take your time sweet angels. Mamas and Papas are patiently waiting for your grand entrance.

I had the baby yesterday afternoon at about past 2pm via CS after the doctors said my liver was about to fail , the baby is alright in the incubator, I’m recuperating fine too . Thank you very much for your prayers everyone

God has already perfected His miracle in the lives of some moms already. But for those of us still in waiting, we are ready to testify also.

So let's get up and do what we need to do to bring those babies out here safely.
Keep being active in moderation,
Clean your homes,
Stock up your pantries with all you'll be needing after the baby arrives, so you won't be at a loss of what to feed the rest of your family when the newborn arrives.

For those with older children; do not neglect them because you're expecting a new one. Keep bonding with them, make them a pert of the whole process as much as possible. Let them feel loved and valuable, because neglect could breed rivalry. We do not want that for our children.

Above anything else, commit all your activities into God's ever helping hands. If you acknowledge Him in all you do he has promised to guide you. Friends you need His guidance in all things. Never think you can be anything apart from Him.

Listen to your intuitions, He could be directing you through them.

I wish all of us the best in everything.

As for Zobo, @Jennyurch I took it a lot most especially in my second trimester as that was when I had it available and I didn't notice any difference. I never bled nor spotted. But if you are very concerned, you can talk to your doctor. Our bodies are different.

I welcomed my beautiful princess on Saturday October 20th at 8:13am through Elective CS weighing 2.78kg.
We are both doing fine and have just been able to come online since then.
That’s how I ported from November sha o but we Thank God.

in every situation have learnt to give thanks.after the URINARYAND FULL BLOOD COUNT test it shows i have infections that needs to be treated but it will affect the pregnancy even if i decide to leave it that the pregnancy might still result to miscarriage later .its better i treat it now and prepare for a better one.so i decide to start the treatment ystdy lo and behold everything came down i guess i thank God for life and to all the mummies thank you all,i know and believe God has a better plan for me.

It is well with you dear. God will grant you the one that will stay. Your testimony is sure.

BIRTH STORY

It all started on 24th of September at about 11:00pm. i was preparing for my next paper because i was writing exams which ended on 25th September before i started having regular contractions. The contraction was strong and i was feeling mild pain at my lower back. i was confusing it for braxton hick contractions but when the pain was continuous, it dawned on me that i was in labour and my next paper was 8:00 am the next morning so i didn't bother going to the hospital in other not to miss my exams and since the pain was mild, i was able to read that night.

While in the exam hall the next day, i was timing the contractions; i took permission to use the rest room and when i checked my pant, i saw show. I had to leave the exam hall ten minutes to the end of the paper because i usually exhaust the time assigned for a paper. Before i left the department for the hospital, i went to the HOD's office to explain to him that i was in labour because there was another paper by 2:00pm but he was not in his office, i went to the office of the lecturer in charge of the next exam, he was also not on seat so i had to explain to a coursemate to convey my message to the course rep who was still in the exam hall

When i got to the hospital, i explained to the nurses that i was in labour and they sent for my file immediately. All the while, i was really calm; you would hardly know i was in labour. While they were calling the labour ward to inform them that a patient was coming, i ruptured my membrane and i was wheeled immediately to the labour ward. I was checked at the labour ward and to my greatest surprise i was already 10cm dilated. I shouted when the doctor said i was fully dilated.
Full dilation without pain! just discomfort

I was taken to the delivery room immediately and was told to push at the next contraction. I pushed twice and my princess said hello to the world at 11:57am; while her head was out, they noticed cord was on her neck, they adjusted it and brought her out but she did not cry maybe due to the cord on her neck and after series of things done by the matron, she cried. she weighed 3.4kg and i didn't have tear.

I thank God for a supernatural delivery because it was indeed a supernatural delivery. My pregnancy was a walk in the park and labour was painless.

After the whole delivery process was over, i called my course rep and some course mates to inform them that i had put to bed and that i can write the next paper if they can plead on my behalf that the question be brought to the hospital. My HOD agreed and said my husband should come to school to pick the person that will supervise me. That was how i wrote my last paper in the labour ward.

Note: I took a very big risk because i didn't want to miss any exams in other not to spend more than 18 months assigned for the programme at the detriment of my health. If i had spent the remaining ten minutes in the exam hall, i would gave birth on the way and only God knows what would have happen to me and my baby. Because i was not feeling so much pain, i thought i was just 2cm dilated not knowing labour was really progressing.
I left school (University of Ibadan) at 11:23am and gave birth at 11:57am at UCH. A very big risk i took. I just thank God UI is closer to UCH

My advise is that once you know labour has established, head to the hospital immediately. Because you are not feeling so much pain doesn't mean dilation is not taking place. You just might be having a painless labour.

Once again, i thank God for a safe delivery and i pray all GTC mum experience this wonderful feeling. Baby dust to you all

It's October o. See as the month just dey crawl like e get plans for November mamas but our bumbum is closed until November arrives finally.
Me sef don over tire. The weight now no be here o. Don't worry, since December mamas are this eager, that means my GP tank will collect a lot of you and bring you into November. Wait for it

I tell you teamie hahahahahaa. October has been a very slow month chei. We may even need a very big steel over head tank sef for these December mamas. Porting non-stop.
How body? Thank God you've resumed eating o. Food sure pass these days o. I have started taking pineapple I don't know if it will make any difference sha.

He came at about past 7 in d evening after induction n labour that refused epidural to emergency CS.
At 41 weeks dot.... With a whooping weight of,.....4.8kg

Good day mamas. Hope we are doing great. I was admitted yesterday and just discharged this morning. A lot of blood work was done and one amongst them was my hemoglobin level which came out normal (13g/dl). I was advised to go on complete bedrest till baby comes.

How are you now? Still feeling the same way or your better now? If you've been taking your prenatal supplements, then you don't need to worry about being anemic. You probably need more rest.

I am much better this evening. Thank you my cappo. I have been taking my suppliment (pregnacare) religiously and I have been off work for some time now.
Like yesterday and today, I was just sitting on the sofa when I felt this wave of weakness and all the other things. It came from nowhere basically

@Anapuao . You can boost your blood level effectively through the religious use of ferrous tabs. Please don't joke with it at all. My PCV level was boosted in just 2weeks from 31 percent to 39 percent which is the highest so far I ever attained. So please very important for you and the baby. Especially in third trimester too. To avoid doctors stories that touch of likely blood transfusion.

Thank you mama. But do I still need the ferrous tabs seperate while on Pregnacare with Omega3? I have been only on Pregnacare since I took in.

Please sabi mamas, I am feeling very weak, nauseous, generally very tired and fainty since yesterday. No bleeding or discharge whatsoever. I eat a lot and I drink a lot of fluid but still. Is anyone in my shoes or ever experienced this?

Sorry to serial the thread but lemme rant before I run mad

My 4 year friendship is taking another turn..
So I met this friend of mine 4 years ago while TTC and we have really been supporting each other. We got married same year . We pray togeda, share experiences and even eat together. She is really peaceful and haven't had any issues whatsoever with her for 4 years now. I do love and care for her

I noticed things started changing when early this year I told her I'm expecting. She only said congrats and went offline. Unlike my first preggie where she almost screamed down the building from excitement. Usually I'm not a fan of telling friends and family that one is preggie but she's so close that I couldn't help it, oweing to the fact that I was in another state running a program only for me to return almost due, I felt she would feel sad that I couldn't share my joy with her

So she started ignoring my chats. 6 months later she msgd me only to discover I was on admission.
I finally relocated back to base and delivered. I'm not even bothered that she didn't show up and naming even though her house is just a pole away...

Wow my eyes were literally popping out of their sockets while reading this.
There is a line nobody should cross when it comes to your child Mama.
It's time to stand up to that woman and let her know exactly what it means to cross that fine line.
The next time she comes to your house, don't give her the privilege of seeing your baby and the moment she makes a nasty comment pleaseeeee walk her out of your house and tell her straight up that she is no longer welcomed in your house.
You have given her the benefit of doubt. You have kept quiet twice. The third time, show her the door please.
Omg see how my body is itching. I am a first time mum and I can't imagine anyone WHO SO EVER making such despicable comments about my child.

May God grant bless her with the fruit of the womb and add joy so this bitterness will leave her life.

Be strong mama and very prayerful. No evil eye will behold your child in Jesus name. Your baby is safe and covered.
