You could try intermittent fasting especially the 16-8 hrs mode. Meaning you'll fast for 16 hrs and have an 8hr eating window. So you could eat within 12pm-8pm and fast the rest of the time. It has several benefits such s increasing insulin sensitivity, it helps with weight loss etc. It also has a few drawdowns so beware of those too.

There was no legal binding between them nor bride price...He refuse to do that because of another woman which is why she had to leave because he was not always around for them..

As @ when I met my wife he neglected them even though he was doing well but @ a point the guy's aunt scolded him bfr he changed. The first child is now 8yrs(boy) the second is 5yrs(girl) the male child despise his biological dad because of how he treats the mum when they were together and how he refused to marry his mum bfr our wedding he now stopped fr about a yr now....he lives and works outside Lagos.

The challenge here now is just that from a reliable source, he wants to take the kids from my wife and take care of the responsibilities without her setting her eyes on them again.
