Since you are looking at 489, you can nominate electrician and go for 489 with South Australia.
I assume you chose 489 because of your points.
yes, but the problem is; TRA needs physical test for electrician in south africa.

I assume you have experience in manufacturing, kindly provide a brief description of what you do.

I don't mind you messaging me but I believe it's best we evaluate your case on this thread in order for us to get inputs from other bosses who've gone through your assessing bodies.

generally the job of a shift electrical personnel. i rather not go into specifics but i think i can coin my job function to suit technician, engineer, draftperson, technologist and electrician.

Professional bodies like Engineers Australia and Australia Computer Society (ACS) have some occupations on skill level 2.

I assume you are mixing electrical engineering draftperson up with electrical engineering technician.

Kindly verify the occupation you want to assess.
i wanted to assess for electrical engineering technician under 489 but it seems no region is nominating it outright. victoria is nominating it under special condition, one of which is high score but i cant seem to find out the score requirement for nomination. can i message u privately? perhaps you could help. i seriously need an experienced assistance.

Electrical Engineering Draftperson is skilled level 2. You're good to assess with HND.
how come its engineers australia that is the assessing body to a level 2 skill? would i be required to also write a report? before it used to be TRA

Good day boss,

Age : 25pts
Degree: 10pts
Experience: 15pts
English: 20pts (to aim for)

Total: 70pts

Is 189 right for you?
Absolutely

Is the occupation right?
Engineering Technologist is a skilled level 1 occupation, you will need a bachelor's degree to successfully access for any skilled level 1 occupation.
Secondly, Engineering Technologist is quite competitive.

The bright side
You can nominate "Fitter" otherwise known as "plant mechanic" with your degrees and experience in the manufacturing field.
Fitter is much less competitive and gives you the opportunity to go for 189 and 190 or 489 with either Northern Territory or South Australia in case you get 10points for English.

i have similar experience/qualification but i read electrical engineering, though i have HND. i initially wanted to go for engineering draftperson to reduce the competition and give me a better chance but right now, drafteperson is assessed by Engineers australia. is this also a skilled level 1 occupation? what other option can u suggest?

Ask yourself if he owns any car why haven't we seen a pic of him in it? He only moves on rented or borrowed cars.

Politics / Re: Who Hath Bewitched The Nigerian Youth? by andrewozed: 6:43pm On Apr 03, 2017
The problem with Nigeria youth is a painful one. I am short of words. How can able-bodied youth converge just to show their support for a person they only knew on TV whereas they can't do same for a course that will affect their lives? If you announce a convergence of youths to protest policies of government, you will seldom find them but if it's for entertainment they will March on. This is indeed the proverbial quote of "suffering and smiling " until the youths take their destiny in their hands, Nigeria will never change. Enough is enough!

a friend of mine in computer village in lagos told me that there is a software they use to expand the capacity of flash drives. i.e. a 3gb flash drive can be stretched to 15gb, but the downside is that once you store date volume higher than the original capacity, it will erase, so i think you are just a victim of such fraud.
i have 500gig flash drive for sale, if interested mail andrewozed@yahoo.com for details.

OP is giving lame explanation. Don't try to justify your personal preference. In the 10 commandments there is nothing like fornication, its only adultery and who told you that women that have sex before marriage don't enjoy it? Its obvious you are not yet a matured mind.
Though I support people waiting to get married before sex as a christian out of obedience towards God but not to use excuses you know nothing about to justify your point

Romance / Help! Should I Marry My Yoruba Friend? by andrewozed: 7:06pm On Apr 11, 2013
I met this young pretty lady in my church and she is intelligent and everything I want in a woman. I recently asked her to date me which she agreed to and I want to propse for marriage immeditely because I don't want a long relationship. But the problem is she is yoruba and during interraction with my friends they adviced me that I can go ahead if I really love her but I should bear in mind the following issues perculiar to yoruba women:
1. A married yoruba lady will eventually have a younger boyfriend outside marriage.
2. A yoruba married lady that can afford it will purchase properties and build houses without the husband's knowledge or approval.
3. A yoruba married lady doesn't like cooking for her husband or children, they prefer buying food outside for the husband and children to eat and even when they cook their food is usually stew based. Eg yam and stew, amala, ewedu and stew, egusi soup mixed with stew, etc

Please I need your response, are these things true? Because these things are taboo in my state where I come from. I need to be sure she won't keep extra marital affairs after we get married for long, though she is educated.
Constructive comments please
