No difference.What they did can ONLY be done by armed robbers. Their own is Official Armed Robbers. Hence the Lagos State Commissioner of Police and the Lagos State House of Assembly should come into this.

With that kind of wound, they wanted to murder him. That is pure robbery and the Inspector General of Police should call the Lagos State Commissioner of Police to fish out the officers responsible, charge them for robbery.
