himkers: moderators cant move threads to the frontpage. Only 3 people can (2 super-moderators and the admin). The three persons are Seun, Mukina2 and Semid4life.

mukina2 according to seun is having issues at the time (hence her absence from nairaland thesedays). Semid4life is not that competent and he's isnt always online; Seun on the other hand is a very busy person; He runs other chains of e-businesses. I guess he isnt just chanced today to move threads to d frontpage

Noted. GeneralShepherd: Since I officially dumped the idea of a god, I haven't seen my parents. I went home this christmas,it was a wonderful holiday for me,little did I know my mum was hurting deep down inside!

She called me today being the 1st of January 2014 and started telling me how she asked Yahweh to give her a son after she had four girls(who are all married) which He did according to her. She told me how she has barely slept most nights in the pasy year because of my atheism. Also said it might lead her to her early grave if I continue living without god.

My dilemma is I can't pretend about god and the bible,yet I don't want my mum to die or have sleepless nights! When people read the bible the smile on face shows I don't believe any of it, when I try to pray I feel like I'm mad talking to myself or like a kid talking to Barney and friends!

How do I undo what has been done! How do I unknow what I know about god and religion? How do I ignore the inconsistencies?

I love my mum so much and will gladly become a sheeple for her to be happy

My advise here is, never think that the longer the courtship the better or the shorter the courtship the better.What we should base is to carry our creator along to help us find the bone of our bone because marriage is an institution He approved and cherished hence we do wedding and it will be planted in our minds, to bring up the children in the way of the Lord and His blessings follows. Also, note in marriage, there must be challenges and that is to text our spirit mind to know if we can stand to defend our vows.

Op, it is a pity that your husband is exhibiting this attitude after 2 children. No matter the language you speaks, he was aware before he went into the marriage Or does he speak the language you don't understand too? Now, with what is happening, you need prayers to overcome this issue because staying different rooms plays a very negative influence on couples. You should have made lot of noise in the banking hall or even go to the media and the bank will act immediately by refunding you your money.
