I went back to the bank on Thursday with my sister, (I was there alone on Monday and Tuesday), the manager asked me to write everything down on a piece of paper,that she will scan it to the headquarter, while still writing,she came for the mtcn code that they want to track where and who collected it.So before we left,she told us that they are already working on it,she asked me to drop my phone number, that she will call me.My sister collected her number too so I called her yesterday morning,she said they are .
