No emergency meetings were held when over 30 kids perished in Jos building collapse...! Not even a word of sympathy! No emergency meetings are held when farmers are kidnapped, maimed, extorted and killed all over Nigeria! When food crisis started and worsened, no emergency meetings were held by Tinubu and state governors to arrest the issue! I haven't heard or seen an emergency meeting being held to arrest the poor electricity situation in the power sector! Why is the planned protest against hardship and suffering so dire that everyone from Tinubu to DSS is running from pillar to post?!! ![]() |
Few days ago, scores were kidnapped along Abuja expressway, with bandits operating for hours and blocking the road! Road users now have to arrange their wills or ransoms before embarking on simple journeys. But, that doesn't matter... That's not as important as making sure peaceful protests don't hold! Nothing is as important as ensuring this administration is not painted in a bad light by protests! ![]() |
Lol... I talk am! Still on the protest matter! ![]() The same DSS that has failed to uncover and expose sponsors of Insecurity and terrorism in over 10 years. How is it that stopping a protest against poor governance is far more important than safeguarding lives and improving economic growth?!! Naija! A nation of misplaced priorities. |
hammer567:You're right about the genetics part, but lifestyle and dietary restrictions can do wonders...! I know what I'm saying. |
Rest in peace to him...! How do people gain this amount of weight?!! How and why do we let ourselves go like this?!! Warm water with lemon and apple cider alone daily will do wonders...! People, watch your weight abeg! |
Tayorshd87:Quit talking rubbish and do some damn research! In those other nations, the following don't happen: 1. 90 Billion to renovate VP's residence. 2. Spend 100 Billion subsidising Pilgrimage. 3. Spending Billions importing cars for Senators and Reps. 4. Wasting Billions on medical tourism and touring the globe for needless reasons. 5. Failure to end insecurity which has worsened food production. How many of those nations facing global inflation do over 60% of their citizens earn below $40 per month as minimum wage or spend over 70% of their minimum wages on feeding alone?!! How many of those nations have the shocking and sickening level of Corruption seen in Nigeria?!! |
Lol... Expect more of such Anti-protests posts all over social media and the internet. ![]() Just imagine the amount of money and resources being expended and paid to Clowns to water down a protest. Yet they can't make speedy and intentional efforts to mitigate insecurity and hardships. What a Democracy! |
LeeSmart:How can people not related by blood live happily in such a setting?!! When we are not refugees or at war! There is absolutely nothing normal about such level of invasion of privacy. |
The Nigerian Police force has become so shockingly disrespectful and degraded! What a shame! No dignity, no self respect! |
Oga, stick to BBNaija topics abeg. Would there be protests or any need for protests if the nation is properly run?!! Look at the threads and energy you guys spend on preventing protests... If you all devoted the same energy and threads towards correcting and curbing poor governance, things might improve. All of una go lock up in the face of retrogressing sectors of the nation, but suddenly become vociferous when citizens decide that they can't continue suffering. Selfish people!!! |
Koppaguard:Yeah right... Shebi na only cooking and cleaning dem create women for?!! Kamala Harris Michelle Obama Okonjo Iweala Chimamanda Adichie Etc. If their husbands had your backward mentality, would they be where they are today?!! |
Cooking is a life skill, and should never be restricted to one gender. We are now at a time where single incomes no longer work... Wives have to earn to support the homes. How can you demand that a woman be doing domestic activities and equally supporting the home financially?!! In any case, it all comes down to understanding between couples with regards to duties and roles sharing. Except you don't want your wife to improve in her career or even grow beyond the home. Okonjo-Iweala, Awosika, etc, didn't get to where they are today by being domesticated...! Anyway, just have this discussion and agreement before heading to the altar for marriage. ![]() |
From substandard drugs and food to substandard buildings...! Living in Naija is just risky. ![]() |
Ebonyi state governor be looking Lost like who miss road enter where he no know...! ![]() |
Tightpussy2024:His daughter?!! All of una just dey confused. ![]() Tomorrow, the confused youth will cry discrimination when they rightfully refuse him permission to compete with ladies who were naturally birthed as females. Liberals will burn in Hell for stealing the innocence of kids, corrupting their natures, and confusing their mental health for life. |
Bongadu:See how you just mumu carry expose your homo tendencies and nature...! ![]() |
Transgender Daughter...! A term he will bear for life (yes, HE) See how confused and stupid you woke people are! SMH! |
BALLOSKI:You dey mind them?! Dem wan use another man sweat take trend! |
ifinger:Yes Boss. Just reason am na! They say we are have shortage of security agents to fight insecurity, but they deploy thousands to 'fight' protests. Look at Kenya supplying Policemen to Haiti to help restore law and order! In another country o. While a whole Giant of Africa has local miscreants and terrorists blocking a federal highway in broad daylight. |
FaceTanke:They are mammals, so they will die! ![]() That's like saying Indomethacin (Indocid) shouldn't kill rats because it's a painkiller for human beings. To matter at hand, that video is no proof that she did what she is being accused of... No CCTV?!! For all we know, they set her up to trend online! Meanwhile, how can such an underage person be a house help?!! This is modern day slavery! |
ZIAZI:Don't mind the hypocrites. |
It's their right to block the highway...! After all, our leaders gave them the room and license. If we took security as seriously as we are castigating the planned protests, such embarrassing news won't surface. Meanwhile, the IGP is in Abuja telling journalists that insecurity has become a thing of the past. |
airsaylongcome:Watch the video, and listen to the experts...! There is absolutely nothing valid about it. Brain Jotter didn't do anything illegal by doing a short video dancing to someone's song. If that were the case, then none of us, not even you is innocent. Most of us just like bringing people down for the sake of trending. |
RepoMan007:Dey reason well abeg. Is it just Netflix?!! Is there anything in your country that hasn't gone up by over 50%?!! Who watches?!! Who eats?!! Who drinks?!! Who attends?!! Haba!!! |
Well done Brain Jotter. There is no better P.R than charity. The social media lawyers can now rest with their idiotic "Copyright Infringement" nonsense! |
The oil company knows what to do...! Just spend a few millions greasing the dirty palms of elders and youth leaders, then they are home free to keep exploiting and polluting the region. |
Never4getU:Honestly, the very fact that so called protesters gave notice of protest already shows they are not really interested in protesting anything. A real protest is immediate, coordinated, and unrelenting! When Nigerians are truly ready to revolt, there would be no need or room for notice. Riots and uprisings are largely spontaneous and spread like wildfire. |
How come these foreign organizations keep mute when citizens are suffering under the burden of poor leadership and harsh policies, but start speaking up when there's a threat or whiff of revolution?!! If UN, IMF, World Bank, Bill Gates, etc, join voices to call for better leadership in Nigeria and Africa, will they die?!! Will they go bankrupt?!! These are the very same people that see glaring electoral malfeasance in Nigeria, and look away, only they later claim free and fair elections. But, just the mention of protests, they remember their jobs and voices. |
raskymonojendor:When he was abusing and calling Tinubu brown dirty teeth drug baron, was he an asset to Nigeria?!! Just curious! ![]() |
Miggs:Bitter?!! Angry?!! Not even close! ![]() I simply reply based on the comment. My response is fitting to the comment in question. |
CyrusVI:Google the GDP and living standards of Brunei citizens, and compare with those of African citizens! ...And you are being needlessly defensive! No National leaders are as corrupt, undisciplined and wasteful as those in this continent with the largest number of poor people on Earth. |
After una go say African nations are poor...! Poor nations whose leaders outspend highly wealthy nations' leaders, especially in frivolities. Only in Africa will you see a mere minister using a convoy of 5 or more ridiculously expensive cars. What am I even saying... Ordinary university SUG VP get convoy and aides. What a Continent!!! ![]() |
