My husband took this to the Local Government office where he was given the Nigeria Population Commission birth certificate. I think he paid 1,200 though I heard it should not be more than 500

Mama Liftedhands has done justice to it. A baby that is not sick, well fed, diaper cleaned and no discomfort of any kind will be naturally happy.
