We give praise to God for bringing us to the end of January especially after spending about 93 days in January alone (January no dey disappoint with it’s crawling nature ) but las las, e dey finish today. Amen!

Hello sabi mamas in the house. Pls o, help a worried Sis. It happened that I bled a little when I was 9 weeks gone though(though not very much). I went to the hospital, the doctor adviced a scan and from the scan result, it showed that everything is alright. I was asked to rest well and avoid heavy works. But for the past three days now, I've been spotting blood on my panties. And I'm seriously worried. Any one with similar experience? I've never experienced anything like this before, this is my third pregnancy. Now 11wks.

You might want to see your doctor or go for scan and of course BEDREST!!

Teamie of life, I woke this morning body pain don disappear and was having only slight headache I was actually contenplating on waiting till my appointment nextweek but DH practicall drag me out of the house as oga no won prepare pondo yam again today, am here @ d clinic now got here past 7 and am no8, so many ghost patient already(na only name we see we no see who get d name)...

all hail General Hospital, most times those names are written by staffs on morning duty or night before by friends and family of patients. Or maybe family member going early to work do branch and write the name b4 going to work.
Don't worry, it will soon be your turn to see doctor

Ma'am, I also noticed that I was getting weaker including headache and pain in my tummy even though my antennal appointment will be next, I rushed my self to the hospital today because I couldn't bear the weakness again but after doctor examination, I was admitted. The Almighty God will strengthen us

I thought it’s not advisable or very wrong for newborns to drink water? I’m asking because I’m a ftm so I’m learning new things everyday on this thread. Please let me know.

If you are on exclusive breastfeeding, baby do not need any water as long as the EBF last because the breastmilk already contain lots of water

But in the case of mixed feeding that is, the moment you start giving baby formula, please and please include water in the daily feeding even if baby is one week old to avoid constipation.

Teach him set by set.
Since he know his letter names already, he just needs to link them to the sound that they make. The question that'll help him is "what letter is this?" followed by "what sound does it make?"
That way he will link the letter name to the sound.

Hey mama, I need help o. So I just changed my 2 years old son to another school this term and today his teacher had a chat with me about his progress since he's new around there. She said tho he knows the alphabet, he only "reads" and not "sound" them ( confused me asked her the difference between the two ) After much explanation, I finally got it.

Now, my concern is she said while they are sounding in class, he is reading his own (maybe he doesn't want to re-learn. What can i do to help him. Though his teacher promised to give me the phonics CD tomorrow to download for him, I have also downloaded a few of the jolly phonics on YouTube for him but my fear is can he re-learn?

We commit ourselves in your hands, Lord protect and guide us through the remaining days of this journey. We commit our babies in your hands, lord keep them and we ask for divine protection for them.

For every developmental stages they still have ahead of them before delivery, lord make it easy for them and let there be no abnormalities in Jesus name.

We ask lord for Healthy babies that will honour you and we their parents in Jesus name

Lord, as many that are due, bring them to supernatural delivery by your mercy with Mother alive, baby alive and father rejoicing with plenty money in Jesus name.

I guess you meant bodysuits and sleepsuits. Bodysuits are casual wears for babies and can couple as underwears or you can even shorts with it so serve ad a top.

Sleepsuits are overall babies wear either to sleep or protect babies from cold.

Very present. 19weeks. I've been feeling one kind of pain/ache on my right abdomen and it relieves me a bit when I eat, drink water, urinate or fart. The pain is still there but manageable though, will explain to my doctor if it persists during my next appointment. So looking forward to May.

Doing great Ma'am. I am 22weeksplus but still going through MS and the urge to vomit is still there, the only improvement is that I can eat well now. I will try and start shopping by ending of January or early February. Still waiting for my friend to edit the baby list sent to her because I don't want to buy things that are not necessary.

Another thing is that, I am not feeling any kick yet and my tummy is bigger than before. I also experience difficulties in sleeping. It will end in praise.

Taking my drugs regularly, taking enough water, eating enough food and I keep my appointments with my doctors. Thank you Ma'am for checking on us.

About MS, sorry about that hopefully it will subside soon. Hang in there

About shopping for baby things, that plan is good, so many things you will be tempted to buy but you won't need at the end of the day.

Ehmmmmm, about baby kicks, you see i haven't even read your post before i made that reply on nnekaike post wait for it.... These may babies are unique and gentle set of people. You will soon be feeling it well

Difficulty in sleeping? Part of the package for some people but I know it won't be here for long. Sorry about that.

For the kicks ehn...... Wait for it but sha e be like say this May babies are hoarding those kicks o, they must be gentle set of people because just yesterday i was still telling DH that its like this baby is gentle o, mine kick mostly when I think about baby kicks and few other times of the day even at 23 weeks. So don't worry about that especially when scan says baby is fine. If your placenta location is anterior like mine, you may not also feel the kicks as you expect
