been trying to make ends meet in Nigeria but the country hasn't been hustle friendly, suffering today and smiling tomorrow. I tried running the 2years visa last year but it was futile, I decided to give in to the 3 months visit visa.
please can I get a job under 3 months? even if it's a menial job, I'm a graduate though but keep that one aside for now. I don't wanna come back to Nigeria now.

what do I need to come along with while coming to Dubai?

can I save up and move to Canada or Europe at the end of 2years

Come along with your certificate, bring food stuffs, clothes and root herb.
When you get here, rent a bed space, buy bus card and hit the street for job search.
Always check your return tickets in case you don't get a job within the 3months, return back home or do a visa change..

from what I have heard u.a.e is a very strict country. how do foreigners survive there, no relationship life, no bars, no brothels. CAn any1 educate me bout the night life in use.

UAE consists of 7 emirates states with different government.

There are many hotels in each states and they sell drinks and alcoholic ones but you have to obtain a drinking license to buy and drink it legally. Alcohol is prohibited in sharjah.

People from Africa, Asia and Europe are in relationship and some even have wife and kids here. The only thing is that you can't be in a relationship with the citizens. I think it's aaginst the law..

Many African and Asian girls dey for runs in Deira and sharjah..

Please I need your candid advice, my flight is scheduled to be on Saturday 31st of this month and my agent asked me to pay for accomodation before getting there but the amount he requested for is much for now because there is curfew so we ain't allowed to move around, what now baffled me is the exchange rate he said
He said one dirham is 130naira
Which wen I checked it is 103naira and I get an Aboki who do d biz so he asked me to pay 105 per dirham
My question is:-
Is it a must to pay upfront?
Can I get the accomodation so easy if I go there with my money?
Am moving to Sharjah pls help a fellow brother

Don't pay upfront payments as you might not like the place. When you get here you'll look for accommodation, it's not that hard. 700,800 dirham as shared apartments.

I will advise you change naira to dollars at Nigeria Airport and when you get here you also change the dollar to dirham at Dubai Airport. That's how I did mine.
Please I need to bring some food stuffs from Nigeria. Can you help me?. I will pay if they charge you extra fee.

It's a sudden death according to you, so his spirits is still around the corner. You were very so close with him and that's why you keep seeing him in your dreams. Brother, I don't think they allow palm oil at the airport MMIA, and I think yam will be too heavy for you to carry. You can get groundnut oil, milk and maggi here but you can still carry it along if you wish. The rest YES especially GARRI.
I'm not sure if you can use your debit card here but you can do transfer with mobile app to people that do exchange money and get your money in dirham. You'll probably buy pot when you get here and there is gas in every tower or apt so you just need to pay the bills

I forgot how I verify mine but I think I saw the link at the first page of this tread. So go to page 1 to check.
MMIA..i gave an immigration officer 10k and he walked me through and I paid 1k at the NDLEA...not compulsory ooo. This is just to avoid useless questions and unnecessary delay.

Dubai Airport...we just queue on a single line and when its my turn, I went to the immigration officer. He collected my visa and passport, checked then take a pic of my face and gave me my documents back. I proceed to a lady who checked my school bag with me. That's all

Bring clothes, food esp garri, no palm oil and any other things you might need..

After being convinced to migrate to turkey �� by my friend I had to sell off all my little acquisition here in Nigeria.
