Hello everyone,
I've been unable to register for the screening for my ward. After paying, it prompts me to pay again when I log in. Also,I'ld like to know if the whole process can be completed with a phone. Kindly advice me on what to do.
Same thing happened to my daughter. Apply for refund in your bank, but don't wait for the money to be refunded because they'll tell you until five working days or more. Make use of another bank's ATM in a competent cafe to log in again. I hope it will work for you. Please do the needful, time is gradually running out.

[quote author=wisest10 post=49368102]sorry do u have any idea when d result will be out

I Learnt this week, not very sure though of the info source. Remember last year results were released exactly 2weeks after the end of the marking exercise and thereafter payments commenced immediately. This year the marking exercise ended on the 30th, and by calculation, 2weeks elapses on the 13th, so I presume any moment from now there'll be news as regards release of result and then payment follows.

You're a faster marker o, I dictated six days after collection of scripts. They should pay any moment from now. I learnt results will be released this week.

Yea, I've applied for refund. It was UBA that was used, same UBA MasterCard have been used for similar transactions elsewhere and no issues of such experienced. In any case I'll try another bank. Thanks

EducationRe: Registrar Of Neco Please by Annibiteye: 6:53pm On Sep 09, 2016
Marking was concluded on the 30th of August. Before last year, result normally will be released 3 to 4wks after marking, but last year result were released 2wks after completion of marking. So if same happens this year, NECO result ought to be released as from the 13th of September.

[quote author=Akby post=49203216]Just left the admission building... The problem is from the merchant e-tranzact. Kindly go to your bank to request for refund, afterwards, try and pay again. It was a network issue.

What mode of payment is then preferable? Am experiencing same issues here. I can't proceed after payment. I paid via my ATM.

Still can't proceed after payment. It keeps going back to the payment page to log in again. This has been going on since Tuesday, 6th. All suggestions proffered have not worked. Calls to the admission office not through. The candidate is not in Ibadan. This the plight of my daughter. I can see from the comments/posts of some aspirants here are also having same issues i.e CAN'T PROCEED AFTER PAYMENT. Please if only a volunteer, preferably a member of this forum, who resides in Ibadan can help us get in touch to tender this issue before the admission office. Thanks

Sorry for the difficulty you are still experiencing.
Try this link out:

I believe you are doing this on a computer, and not mobile phone.
yes, on a computer, will try the link. Thanks
EducationRe: 2016/2017 University of Ibadan Admission Thread Guide. by Annibiteye: 8:15pm On Sep 06, 2016
That means you did not wait for the last payment page to properly load out.

I experienced a similar thing.

Firstly, log out and log in again. It will take you to the payment page, but don't proceed.

Edit the link in your browser to:

http://admissions.ui.edu.ng/#/applicant/applicant-dashboard

It should take you back to the registration page.

Goodluck!

Followed the steps, but still having same issue. The page to continue the registration is not displaying. Hope it will eventually display.

[quote author=ogunsinamayowa post=49094315]you are welcome. But all this admission mechanism is controversial. So, i will enjoin you to be patient as regard to the right method for This year. By the way, what's your preferred course?

Its my daughter, her preferred course is physics science. Based on the method you stated, her point is 73.6 which I believe she's in good standing. In any case though, I pray the criteria to be used this year will favour her.

[quote author=ogunsinamayowa post=49083173]Here is how to calculate your UI's call-up point JAMB-POST-UTME aggregate.

This is how the University of Ibadan(UI) calculate their call-up point from O’levelO-LEVEL
A1 – 12points
B2 – 10points
B3 – 8points
C4 – 6points
C5 – 4points
C6 – 2point
Which is obtained from Your 5 relevant/compulsory subjects as related to your course.

2.This is how the University of Ibadan calculate their Call up point From JAMB:

Simply divide your UTME score by a factor of 10. Which implies 400/10 = 403.To obtain the call up points, now add obtained O-level points above,to the JAMB points.

4.The result becomes you University of Ibadan POST-UTME call-up point.

Thanks

I've come across similar pleas to numbers 2, 3, and 4 in the course of marking WAEC scripts sometimes ago. I lack the instinct to mark right what is wrong. No amount of plea or prayers I read by candidates can move me go against the professional ethics of teaching. Not even after reading meaningless answers from students/candidates alike.
