I will be very short on this one and I really need help If it can be move to FTC i will be glad. i am 29yrs of age and I have no relationship at hand please don't mind my way of my writing.
I have been having this erectile dysfunction issue since I was 17 I was been influence to it by a friend on how to watch porn and masturbate as a teen, now am 29 but I have stop masturbating since I was 20yrs my penis has reduce in shape for the past years i have been to different hospital and herbal places but still no solution after taking so many drugs and herbs.
My problem is that I don't have sexual feeling nd have lost my erection if I force my self to have an erection by thinking of sex I will feel some slight headache from the brain like shock and watering discharge of semen will drop to my undies.
I have lost my morning erection sometimes I do have half erection in the morning when I wake up , at times I do have semen leakage at night I will ejaculate in my undies plenty of watery discharge of semen In my undies that will make my body to be weak all through the day and I have tried having sex with a girl but my erection fail me I was disappointed.
It really affecting my life am depress am the only son of my mum out of four girls and am the first son
My mum is on me she is telling me to get married but I just don't know how to tell her , I know her very well she can shed tears over a little thing if I tell her it will make her to be down and depressed. Thank you Please I need ur advice

Another thing is how do men cope that period? I mean sexually. From the information my wife is giving me is that we need to avoid anything sexually for 4month, just to avoid unforeseen pregnant, is this true, how una dey take cope Na? Sexually?
