IRCC does not have any business with inquiring about the balance of your accts outside the period on the bank statement you already submitted as long as you are not being investigated for financial crimes.

Therefore you can take out money if you have an emergency. IRCC only ask the banks for verification of the genuineness of the statement and to confirm if certain transactions that appear on the statement actually happened.

Again, I will like to add, tell the applicant not to be scared. Its also possible IRCC sent a mail to his bank to verify his statement and they did not receive a reply on time as at that time. Whixh is why this indicated PFL does not have a pre-assessement on it.

It then obvious they have received the reply from the bank which is why the applicant have not receives a PFL notification on his portal till date.

Tell the applicant he should not be scared as long as all his docs are genuine to the teeth.

More reason I am saying the VO made a wrong call. Normally, once PFL is issued, an applicant is given 10days or more to respond but it has been 14days since the PFL was raised (it has not started and the applicant has not been informed/accused of any wrong doing either via email or commented on the notes.

My 2kobo is the applicant should send a mail inquiring from the VO why a PFL was indicated on his notes whereas all his documentation are as genuine as the holy book. If the VO has a case, he should with controversial document or issue a PPR as nothing absolutely is delaying this application

Going through the attached, I would say the VO made a wrong call on issuing a PFL because if the VO is certain about anything fishy, the applicant should have by now received a PFL. (14th - 28th) is 14 solid days with no definite conclusion there is a something to be answered for.

Furthermore, if there was a PFL, the visa officers comment as regards to it should have been noted on the gcms note but nothing was or has been noted and the PFL procedure has not started either ways.

Again, i am of the belief the VO suspected something fishy at first and sent the case to a superior which is why the eligibility review says recommend interview. If its a matter of fake bank statement, the superior would have reached out to the bankbfor confirmation as well as contacted the applicant via email(PFL) and yet the latter has not been done.

I have officially gotten to the stage of Visa application, resumption is in September 2022 by God’s grace. I need help
1. My school required that I apply for admission through an agent and the agent claimed that when I paid for their services I also paid for visa application services—— I have seen people with bad testimonies after using an agent… I will like to know what you guys think about this.

2. I don’t know how to write LOE, I need help with this , who can I reach out to?

My sponsor(my older brother who lives in the US) has about 9 million Naira in his Nigerian account, but 7 million has been in the account since 27th of Dec, will that be enough as POF, if I apply in March or April . 1) If you are applying for Fanshawe, I am fully aware you have to make use of their agents to apply for admission but not a visa. Therefore you can either study the thread and get the relevant information you may need or you make use of an agent( I can do that for you if you want) or you can reach out to other knowledgable gurus on the thread. Please ensure you have FULL ACCESS TO YOUR VISA PORTAL AFTER YOU HAVE PAID FOR THE AGENT SERVICE.

2) it is important you draft an sop or loe yourself as it is your mouth piece to a Vida officer but if you wish to outsource that, I offer that service or you can meet any of the gurus here. But it is important you study the SOP abd ascertain if it carries all relevant information you need the visa officer to know that could improve your chances of an approval.

3) Same as 2 above

4) Have you paid any amount towards your tuition? If not, it will be to your advantage if you did but ensure your familiarize yourself with the school's refunf policy.

5)Having a previous refusal doesn't not limit your chances but it is important you declare these refusals on your immm forms.

6) This is optional as people prefer living off campus especially you get to socialise more abd get exposed. This comes in handy especially when job hunting.

7) What I use is my rosary but prayers is a VITAL final ingredient.

You can pay visa fee on a weekend. Even on Christmas day.

You have not submitted, that is why you are seeing Continue and delete.

You are obviously paying 235cad. You may not be able to pay this if your are using a naira debit card.

SOP is your mouthpiece to defend your reasons for wanting to study so so so course in canada.

Theres no physical visa interviews so yes, you wil need that to apply for a study permit.

Something must be wrong somewhere.
Probably they called someone who claimed He or She is Ghost.
Kindly investigate from the applicant vividly…
Then next step can be taken from there…
If Genuine truly, then a letter from the HR with proofs of payments from company and other available documents of company should solve.

How can someone defend a PFL as a result of claimed fraudulent employment letter?

Nobody talks about NSE anymore and theres no particular portal for it. Its still the same portal everybody is using just that you have an IELTS abd MBS attached to your application. If you have ielts and MBS, please go ahead and submit.

But it does not guarantee approvals.

But I think you need to realise that what you are saying is more of a recommendation than a must. I’ve been following this platform and I have seen 5 or even more ppl that didn’t submit their personal statements or submitted personal statements with as little as 2k (yes 2000 Naira! I read this on this platform). The key is the details of your sponsor. How close they are to you, if they are retired or still working, their amount and source of income. If your sponsorship game is a bit weak, then that’s when I recommend you support with a good personal bank statement. Biko some of us here are over 27, high blood pressure abi is it hypertension (I don’t know the difference) is real oh. Don’t be scaring us with “must”. I come in peace.

Money must be in your account even if its your twin thats sponsoring you. The VO's eyes, u can not be in canada and expect money to pay your bills and others to be in another persons account in Nigeria. One of the many reasons apps are denied based on finance.

Wheb you get to canada, it is important you control your spending as a new student in the country. That amount is the standard though but you can have more if you have it.

NSE-Nigerian Student Express was a trick played on applicant that if you submit your documents and include an MBS-mybank statement certificate(to replace scanned bank statement) and IELTS result with at least 6.0 made on all bands, your application will be processed under the NBS category in 20days.

First few weeks, it worked but eventually 20days turned to 3months and gradually its back to the normal waiting time or the normal applicants with out either of those two docs.

As an international student, you are expected to have money for feeding, accomodation etc asides money for your tuition fees. Meaning that $10,000cad has to be in your account while the tuition can be with you or your sponsor.

For the police certificate, kindly go to Alagbon police state CID in ikoyi. Its cheap(depending on your bargaining prowess) and its a few mins thing, you are given the police certificate.

For medicals, you book for it.

Either visit IOM in Ikeja or Qlife family clinic in VI.
Google the two names, you will get their site to book.

The old and new visa portal are one and the same speed wise. This is the same story they sold to us about NSE or attaching MBS on your app but today, nobody talks about it.

So please choose any. The bottom line is to get that PPR beep on your mail box.

If you want to go for a masters, DO NOT ATTACH OR MAKE MENTION OF YOUR ALREADY COMPLETED MASTERS O! Otherwise, you will be denied based on Purpose of visit.

Is it a 2.1 or a 2.2? If its a 2.2, your chances of meeting the admission requirements of the school will be low therefore you might need ti consider a PGD.

If its a 2.1, you can also try, chances are high but no guarantees as nobody here can guarantee you will meet the admission requirements as well.
