Using a business account is a red flag but using a personal account is better .

Your mum sponsoring her daughter is far stronger than a relative.

One is a university while the other is a college. Best choice is dependent on what you want, which school offers what you need and what you can afford.

Though universities are more expensive than colleges.
Colleges programs are more practical oriented than universities.

If the sponsor is your brother and he is married the VO will get concerned about his dependents such as wife and kids.

It is possible to get denied on grounds of finance. In fact, in my first application i did not state that my sponsor (brother) is single but in my second application, i stated that he is single and has no dependents.

The bolded should not be an issue if the applicant included a sponsorship letter signed by the brother knowing full well of the implications.

I understand what you are saying but I was trying to encourage him not to rush into applying for a masters immediately after graduation as you will need these factors like work experience to be able to convince these visa officers. Can i apply for masters in IT course directly or do a graduate certificate in IT then proceed to masters? i have been looking for diploma courses in IT but only found certificates. Please help. Please look for Advanced diploma courses as you may not meet the requirements for a PGD.
