you can apply.. You might not know whats delaying your app until a gcms note tells u

My opinion
A letter of sponsorship is meant to explain what your sponsor does,
Your sponsor's source(s) of income
His/her relationship to the applicant
The letter should show the sponsors readiness to finance your education, should also show that your sponsor understands the cost of your education in Canada
How much he/she has set aside for your education, etc....
An affidavit is just to legalize the fact that the sponsor will truly finance your education and everything is not just mouth

Reading this, it still points that both are the same. serving the same purpose.

But lemme humor you.. If my dad is sponsoring me, does he need an affidavit too knowing fully well everything isnt just mouth..

Anyways.. its all good.. I appreciate the clarification.

Please do well to collect your login details ASAP. Your application might have been refused on the grounds that you didn’t do your biometrics within the allotted timeframe which is usually 90days. Not too sure though. But please collect your login details and revert back so other gurus can come in

That application has been refused . you are given 3months to do your biometrics. If you dont, they will refuse the application.

I have been a silent reader for 3 weeks now , although I have submitted my application since 8th February 2021. I have learnt so many things here , I read about you putting No if you have been denied visa before , my agent never asked me about that so I asked him after reading it here . He told me he filled No , I have read it can lead to a 5 year ban . He said he filled a web form already and filled one of the forms to correct it . The point now is that he was able to get me addmission for Post-baccalaureate Diploma . Is this the same as a Post Graduate Diploma in Canada and Is it advisable to spend 2 years to get a Post-baccalaureate Diploma in Canada. Thanks

They are not the same... PGD is Ontario College Certificate.

A 2yrs program is better as it gives you extra years to stay after graduation 3yrs I bliv

The intended facility in the country, is it an approved IRCC medical center, if no.. You can't do it there. Look for IRCC approved centers in that country to do it

Yes, he is my boss, i have good and outstanding qualities as one of his staffs(he is going to show reference letter about me too) such that he is able to confine in me some dictates/decision about the company and then, my course with further educational knowledge outside the country will really lead to the benefit and increased productive of the company as a Project/Construction Manager, having told him some times ago i have a long time goal to further my education during my undergraduate days, with this he decided to offer a willing and an helping hand to actualize my dream and long time vision.
And as a matter of fact, few people specialize in that field in Nigeria as it is highly a Professional course (Project Management)
So, is in two ways, for my dream achievement and his company's betterment.

But him willing to sponsor me, is it not the same as the company sponsoring me, if using the companies account in his own name?

i applied for paper based study visa in 2013 but was delayed, i didnt do biometrics and medical, but was given uci number in the letter sent to me. My questions are
1. are they still going to visit or refer to this 2013 application now that am submitting new online application?

2. should i write this old uci number into my new application or i should leave the space on imm1294 blank?

1) yes... If you don't, they will know and you will be banned for misrepresention (hiding information) and yes you will pay for biometrics fee and you will need to do the biometrics.

3) yes and also ensure you declare you were denied a canada visa in 2013

An MBS can be used as a proof of funds instead of a bank statement.

1. I applied with my ND result to study Diploma in Computer Science in Thompson Rivers University. I was given conditional admission. Would I have any issue when applying for my student visa regarding things like "academic progression"? Or should I have applied for a post graduate Diploma?

1) please apply for either an Advanced diploma or a PGD but sincerely with an ND, its Advanced diploma you will get admired to. That way it will increase your chances of an approval.

2) nobody can say if you will get a visa or not. All we do here is give the best advice, you package your app and leave the rest to God Almighty. You are to only consider the tuition for a year only. The living expenses of $10,000 includes accommodation.

You mean his own personal account.. Its fine but you will need to explain the relationship between the employer and yourself and why He is sponsoring you convincingly.

How do you explain to a visa officer your company is willing to pay a tuition fee worth 4-8m from their own pocket and it won't affect the operations of the company like paying salaries.

If you dont include pictures, how do you further prove that your uncle is your uncle and is related to you from your dad or mum side.

My points is a birth certificate might not be enough
