My dear like I said, yesterday I was told some people in KD were told to check the site by the next 2 weeks or there about. I was not surprised because I had heard that before, the plan is for training to start in July. The next stage involves, screening of credentials , medical screening, exam, the 3.2 km race and an interview session with the selection board chairman and members.

@mimzy, @mikedimeji,@Collins777 thanks y'all for contributions on the National ID card issue.. Even dou it was not mentioned as one of two dey requested, I think it sud not be totally ruled out too.. The idea behind either the intl passport or driver's license is just to verify the signees' identification. National ID too is a means of identification.. Anyway big ups to you guys.. I have signed all my forms by one of the attesting officers stated. The only 'but' I have is that my signee gave me photocopy of his National ID instead of one of the two stated identification in the advert (Driver's licence or Int'l passport). My question is will this National ID card be acceptable at the recruitment exercise?

Please.. to every one in the house including experienced DSSC applicants and already serving officers in the NAF,what is the test format that will be used by assessment board.. is it GMAT, SHL, or general questions with current affairs? Also, anyone with past questions should please share with us all on this thread... Valid responses will be highly appreciated

Under the speciality section box for the application form, the speciality for SOCIOLOGISTS is not included even though BSC Sociology is among the required courses in the advert.. what related speciality should be selected? responses with be highly appreciated.

My advice, you guys should wise up and get ready, when you keep saying its a scam you should have prove. A yet to be printed advert was posted and it was tagged a scam, even when the newspaper print caption was posted people screamed scam, has any of you saying its a scam checked the paper and it wasn't there?! If you say you want to bank solely on what is on the official site then you are in for it, coz those of us who are familiar with this process know you can't bank on the site before the advertised date.

Omo.. I tire for Nigerian graduates oooo. A pre-recruiment exercise ad was placed on National daily, yet, some people are still saying scam scam scam.... The registation is yet to commence as only prior notice is been given to members of the public and interested applicants. Fine, there is no info of the programme on their website as at now but for the fact that the Nigerian Airforce advertised the DSSC which will commence nex tmonth on a National daily is enough to tell Nigerians that it is NOT a SCAM .. Besides, if it is a scam, The Nigerian Airforce would have come out to inform the members of the public to disregard the advert... But till now, The Nigerian AirForce have not come out to disclaim the information... Is that not enough for those of you shouting scam scam scam to think logically and rationally before saying its a SCAM?

Bro... There is notin like contract in dis Stanbic GT stuff. just try n pass the test n interviews... its just 6wks training sch. your success in the training sch will land you a permanent offer as a full time staff... the pay is juicy also... I know peeps dat works dere as GTs.. all the best bro.

@mayorchelsea, I no be SHL tutor oooo.. me sef dey try small-small.. just try to get the material and go tru it. with time you will get familiar to it.

Workforce is a recruitment agency. A coy dat organizes aptitude test for corporate companies. SHL is a particular aptitude testing format. I hope i answered you well..

Not only Being FTC on dis thread but I also applied immediately. Later I felt it was a scam. But seeing dis job ad on virtually every job blog made me realized and conclude that dis job is real.
Thank God application is not tru workforce sha plus I pray the test format is SHL. All the best to us all.

Wot of dose of us dat only got the feedback mail and report afta the assessment with no Digital interview invite, can we still consider ourselves to be in the process?

anyway, for dose who have done the digital interview woreva, let us know of any development afterwards.

@ everyone, I can authoritatively tell you guys dat dat dose got d Digital interview stuff are dose dat applied for FINANCE. Other applicants outside FINANCE have not been sent any mail as regards online Digital interview.

Seems from the look out of things, its only dose dat applied for FINANCE role have gotten the Digital Interview mail for now. I applied for Human Resources (HR) no digital interview mail for now.

For as many dose dat has gotten or will still get the digital interview stuff, pls feel free to come out to tell d house plus d role or position u applied for.

I dont know why Nigerians are like dis ooooooooo...some got mail for digital interview some did not get... ok...... dose dat got dis digital interview stuff sud pls try and mention the role or position they apply for nah... at least dis wud give dose of dat did not get dis digital interview mail to have an idea of how d recruitment is going on...

Hello peeps… Wud like to help out on info abt how d AC of Nig Brewries will look like.. AC in NB is somwot tasking and challenging but with preparations you will scale tru. First prepare to spend the whole day in deir office. You will be treated well dou as dey will give u guys break, lunch (Biscuit and tea) and stuffs. But pls eat well before you leave ur house ooo. Be physically and mentally alert.
Interviewees will be divided into groups.

Topics will be given to each group to discuss and each member of the group will have to contribute and a presentation will be made by each group by either the group leader or each member of the group.

Also, prepare to write anoda round of aptitude test (CBT) in deir office just as u wrote ur first test tru workforce in UNILAG…….. Dis time, d test comes with little difference dou still similar to wot u did during the first test just dat qstns on MECHANICAL ACCURACY ( Mech engring qstns) will be among qstns u will attempt dis time. Qstns dat has to do with mech engring diagrams and related stuffs. (forget d fact dat u studied microbiology or chemistry………… dat u did not studied engineering related courses)

After d test, here comes one-on –one interview with a panel of 3-4 interviewers. Pls here, dose for brewing sud be ready to answer qstns on brewing process as dey will ask u qstns in that area. I believe dis will be applicable to dose for packaging too. I think dats all.

Remember, not everyone at dis stage will be employed. Dey will only choose d best among you guys. So be at ur best and perform at ur peak ability. But I pray more people to be choosen dis year dan last year coz dose dat were employed for last yr programme were not up to 20 applicants. ( dey are currently in NB training academy in IBADAN for deir one-year training)

Pls I want you all to know dat I am not in dis race coz I am not a science or engring graduate but d info above is a first-hand info based on the experience of my uncle with dem last yr during dis same NB graduate trainee 2014. Infact, he had the best 9th overall score at d first test with workforce. (The rest is history). … I want you guys to take dis with all seriousness coz working in NB is like working in shell or Total in terms of pay package and other fringe benefits.

NOTE—I am not saying dis is wot will play out in the forth-coming AC. There mght have been changes but it wil not be far-fetched from wot played-out last yr. But if you prepare along or even beyond wot I stated above, I believe you are safe. All the best to you all.
