if you have a nandroid backup just boot to recovery(i assume you know how) select clear data wait for it to finish go back and select backup and restore then restore and select your backup it will take up to 15 minutes then go back and reboot thats all

I am. Why would i say otherwise?
I am in no way affiliated to any of these robbery-oriented network, rather i speak from experience. I am a frequenter of glo's cut-throat data plans and i can categorically tell you that in my area on the bonce 30mb i get data speeds of not more that 200kb per second (with regular downward fluctuations) while on switching to always day my speed instantly jumps to the normal 900kb/s. This is not an isolated event as i have tried it up to 3 times with both glosecure and gloflat.

You would also have to calculate app data for all apps and cache which will give you a hefty sum.
Use link2sd or titanium backup to move all user apps to sd
