1. you should've made an arrangement for it's delivery with the company that u bought the TV from. they might charge u but they will ensure that it gets to u safe and sound. 2. it is better to buy stuff like that from stores nearest to your location next time. there are genuine electronic stores in Enugu,u should've gone there to purchase the item yourself. the price will be higher than that of lagos, but it will ensure safety. 3. any logistics deal u wanna do in future should be arranged with a company not an individual. this ur mr salami is an individual. if a logistic company agree to deliver ur item to u and da item don't get to u in sound condition, they will pay without much talk. |
pretydiva:do u know if he's talking about money? |
everyday |
i think they try to challenge da smartness of smart guys they meet(that are sincere). this results to a repeated competition(on who's smarter) everytime between them. this makes them repugnant to da smart guy and he walks away to save his strength. da dull guy comes in with lies and forgery but da smart lady will (all of a sudden) lose her smartness and gets flummoxed by him. after a while, she realizes everything was a mirage, she leaves him (if she still can), look for a smart guy and da cycle continues. dz cycle will only end in two ways: 1. when she meets a smart guy and stop that competition for smartness or da guy smartly allows her think she's smarter everytime (which is good), or 2. she meets a dull guy but it becomes too late for her to walk away. lemme don't just talk |
Oizee:i won't accept sacrifice as a ticket to entitlement. (when it comes to children upbringing)the westerners sacrifice more than Africans. u see parents drop their kids at school daily; parents sacrifice their time to go see their kids perform or play games at school; parents even sacrifice their choice (of career, relationship, decisions etc) for their kids. if the parent(s) don't meet up to any of these, the children will express their anger. how many persons here had their parents (who own cars) drive them to school daily? how many persons here had their parents present at their schools annual end of the year party (tbh, da reason some mothers attend that function dz days is because, they pay huge amount of money for it & they wanna have a bite from their money)? some Nigerian parents never attended their kids PTA even for once! how many persons here were allowed their choice of career (and other decisions) by their parents? just try to express ur dissatisfaction/anger to ur parents for not being there and u will receive beatings like da talking drum! this entitlement mentality have gone deep into the Nigerian system. parents feel entitled because they birthed da child and kids feel entitled to their parents wealth because they are their offsprings (without even been able to prove if they can manage and increase that wealth over time. this is one reason why african businesses don't survive after the founder's demise). sacrifice isn't a ticket to entitlement. |
