Was tinubu contesting any elective position at the time the bullion vans drove inside his premises?
[/s]

This is exactly why Nigeria is in such a pathetic state with no hope for redemption.
A politician can loot our treasury dry, no problem as long as he belongs to my ethnic group/religion.

Do you even know just how much of cash two bullion vans can convey?
...and someone has that much to waste on an election where he isn't even contesting!

You should be ashamed of yourself. Mr.
PoliticsRe: Bullion Van: Running An Election Isn't Cheap - Tinubu Support Group by AntonVince:
Just imagine the audacity of these shameless promoters of a renowned thief? No contrition whatsoever!
sad
...but what do you expect when the EFCC has been reduced to an arm of the APC.

If Tinubu could afford to fritter two, I mean two bullion van-loads of stolen Lagosians' money just for vote-buying in an election he wasn't even on the ballot, only God knows just how much he has fraudulently amassed over his 23-year of stranglehold on Lagos' coffers.

..and this is the robber some stupefied id!ots are packaging for presidency!

Forming alliances with the same Hausa/Fulani you and your kinsmen despise so much ? So it’s now alliances and not Fulani slave cheesy grin
Nobody hates the Hausa/Fulanis.
The other oppressed/marginalized Nigerians only (justifiably) hate Buhari for being a bad Hausa/Fulani.

You're obviously one of Tinubu's lackeys, with a penchant for deliberately pitting other Nigerians against one another so you can reap political benefits.

You tell the North that Igbos hate them while also going behind to mischievously incite a rebellion from Igbos and other Southern Nigerians against the Hausa/Fulanis, all so one greedy thief can fulfil his wild-goose-chase "life-long" presidential ambition...isn't that wickedness?

You don’t want Tinubu to become President, but you’re not pushing up anyone from your region to contest.
The bitter truth is, the Igbos are not bold enough to contest an election against the Yoruba. Hence the shout and noise about Tinubu or any candidate from the SW.
The Yorubas too couldn't contest against GEJ, hence their queueing up behind Buhari in 2015 to first of all grab power, before positioning one of their own to take over. I don't see anything wrong with the SE/SS forming an alliance with the north too in 2023 to win the presidency.

It's called "Bridge-Building", an integral part of politics.

Deadlytruth:
So what do we say of those who worked with Jonathan in 2011 to unseat Northerners when their turn had not ended thus doing treachery against Northerners and destroying the zoning agreement which they and Jonathan all agreed to within PDP right from 1999?
There is nothing like Southern Nigeria interest in politics of Nigeria. It is either North aligning with SE against the SW or North aligning with the SW against the SE so stop talking about anyone working with the North to unseat a 'fellow' southerner as if there is any political fellowship in the South.
Nobody worked with Jonathan to unseat any Northerner. The core north never at any time voted Jonathan.
I completely agree though with the bolded portion. That has always been my position. In reality, there is no "Southern" Nigeria.

The real sick ones are those Southerners who worked with so much doggedness to unseat a fellow Southerner for Buhari in 2015.
All these phantom groups bankrolled by Tinubu are wasting their time.

The reward for treachery is more treachery.
PoliticsRe: Presidency 2023:  sanwo-olu Funds Tinubu’s Campaign With N2.5bn Monthly Transfer by AntonVince:
This story lends further credence to my comment earlier this year about Tinubu's Alpha-Beta's brazen looting of Lagos taxpayers' hard-earned money. That man has looted away the destiny of hapless Lagosians.

Credible sources had exposed how Sanwo-Olu unilaterally and without legal backing raised the monthly percentage for Tinubu to 14.6%, in addition to a fraudulent arrangement to jerk it up even further with an inexplicable 100% of the commission all with the intent of funding his greed-driven presidential ambition.

...and that's the sort of character some enemies of Nigeria are projecting to be entrusted with our national coffers!

Very well then.

The SE/SS that are almost entirely PDP states should be left alone to "build their own bridges" too by campaigning for a northern PDP presidential candidate in 2023. We no longer want to hear anything like "Southern" candidate.

Tinubu can go source for his votes in APC states only.
Good luck to you!

...from which states?

I repeat, you can do well by telling us where and when either OBJ or GEJ won a single state in the core NE/ NW against Buhari because INEC's official results of 2003 and 2011 show that Buhari defeated them both in Bauchi, Borno, Gombe, Jigawa, Kaduna, Kano, Katsina, Kebbi, Niger Sokoto, Yobe and Zamfara states.

The only exception was Kaduna in 2003 where OBJ managed to edge Buhari.

i won't get tired of educating the kids/ignoramuses on this section.
OBJ and GEJ won by winning the South and North Central. Non of them ever won a single core Muslim state in the NE or NW against a northerner.

You lot should stop being so confidently stup!d, The results are online...just a few clicks away.

They didn't rig anything.
Winning the South convincingly and a few states in the NC is enough to clinch presidency.

That's exactly what OBJ and GEJ did in 2003 and 2011 respectively.

talking about 2003 and 2011 ,do you expect the North to vote OBJ ,I hope not and Am sure you don’t expect the South to vote Buhari , if we are looking at the election results in 2003 and 2011 OBJ has more vote in the North than what Buhari got in the South, so your first statement should be directed to the South instead.
Why shift the goalpost? Is that the crux of the issue?
I have no interest in engaging someone who is either ignorant or deliberately spreading falsehood about our electoral history.

northern Nigeria voted OBJ massively in 1999 and 2003 .
Stop spreading falsehood young man.
In 1999, we had Olu Falae vs OBJ so the north had no choice but to pick one Southerner.

In 2003, Buhari pummeled OBJ in all the Muslim-dominated core NE and NW states, same thing happened in 2011 vs GEJ.
Use the below link to educate yourself.

2007 isn't worth discussing because it was Yar'Adua vs Buhari, two northerners.

The election results for 1999 is still very much online ,OBJ won know state in the Southwest against Chief Olu Falae but he clears the North.
1999 featured two Southerners in OBJ and Falae.
We're talking about elections where we had a northerner on the ballot, running against a Southerner.

Go study the results of 2003 and 2011 elections. I omitted 2007 because it was Yar'Adua vs Buhari.

Obasanjo, Jonathan were not voted by the north abi?
No, they were not.
The core Muslim-dominated NE and NW states never at any time voted OBJ or GEJ.

The South and NC gave OBJ and Jonathan victory in 2003 and 2011 respectively.
In 2011 for instance, Buhari won in Bauchi, Borno, Gombe, Jigawa, Kaduna, Kano, Katsina, Kebbi, Niger Sokoto, Yobe and Zamfara states.

...and note that most of those states had sitting PDP governors at the time, most of whom later won their own guber elections on the platform of the same PDP, after successfully delivering their states to Buhari's structureless CPC.

What's the budget of the entire Nigerian Senate to warrant comparison of a Senator with a whole governor of an oil-producing state?
Some LG Chairmen in oil-producing states like Bayelsa, Rivers, Delta and Akwa Ibom are richer than most Senators in Abuja, save for the ex Governors in the red chamber.
