If he can win the SW and the North conveniently, trust me he doesn't need to win in the SE or SS before he can be victorious. Tinubu to win the North? I'm done with you. |

Abi did Buhari win any state in the SE or SS both in 2015 and 2019? So, how does he become president without winning the South or the North? Abi he doesn't need to win anywhere? Your permutation could hold true only if the APC fields a Northerner. You live in Cuckooland my friend if you think the NE and NW will vote Tinubu over Atiku. |

[s] FOLYKAZE: They are human, African and Nigerian before any religious affliction. Why are you blind to the later?
Yorubas are not religious bigot. Over here, Christian women marry Muslim man. Babalawo allows his wife to worship in the church.
Tinubu is a secularist. There is nothing bad having a secularist in office for the first time in the history of Nigeria [/s] Answer my question young man? Would Nigerian Muslims accept 24 straight years of Christian presidency? |
Politics › Re: Who Will You Support As Running Mate To Tinubu In 2023? by AntonVince: 3:08pm On Oct 24, 2021 |
FOLYKAZE: Zulum or Dogara
Tinubu is the Yoruba clan where religion doesn't matter at all. His wife is a devoted Christian and deacon. His children too are granted the liberty to practise what they appeals to their mind without forcing his own dogma down their throat. Like every Yoruba person, he is not a fundamentalist or extremist. He was in church worshipping sometimes ago. He Joined Muslims on jumat to pray. He also mingle with traditionalists during local festivals in Lagos.
This is the tie we need to move our secmularism, open-mindedness to all spirituality, and liberalism to Aso Villa. This alone will douse the religion tensions that across the nation. A Tinubu presidency will ensure that a Muslim rules Nigeria for 24 straight years. Would Muslims take such from Christians? |

DubaiLandLord: They don't need to win in the South but make sure they do not lose scandalously.
The APC had more than 40% in Edo in the last presidential election.
Now the APC is more stronger in the South South than they were in 2019. Are you aware that either a South Southerner or a South Easterner will feature on the PDP ticket? If Yorubas could opt for Buhari in 2015 over Jonathan, what then makes you think they'd prefer a Tinubu over one of their own in 2023? ...and unless the APC wins the South convincingly, there's zero chance of clinching presidency. Abi you expect Atiku to lose the North? I assure you that Turaki will make it almost a clean sweep of votes in the NE and NW...including your beloved APC states. Northerners don't play "absolute" politics of f00lishness, where you project a political party above regional interest. |

If not for the supreme court, his party won the Governorship election in Bayelsa state sef. So, that Bayelsans voted their own brother David Lyon now implies they'd equally vote Tinubu? The APC held the fort in Edo for 12 straight years with Oshiomole and Obaseki but never for once won in the presidential...they've always lost to the PDP. |

Incisive, Mr. Olaide! The below excerpt sums up everything:
"Tinubu will rather please the powers that be than do the right thing because he is a sycophantic hustler
Does he have the moral authority to fight corruption when he himself had already been put under the searchlight of EFCC for corrupt enrichment several times?
Despite being officially ’69’, everyone knows he is lying and that he is considerably older than that. His dishonesty about his age was the reason why he has not been able to confirm the years he attended schools, his classmates and even the name of the schools he attended."
The foundation of his aura of invisibility in Lagos is the National Union of Road Transport Workers aka ‘Agberos’ who command an economy that generates more revenue than at least 32 Nigerian states. Many of the NURTW officials are rich and will do anything to ensure their freedoms are not disturbed. Tinubu is the assurance, the liaison and the bridge between them and the officialdom they require to continue making money illegally without hindrance. In return, they offer their manpower and the perceived ability to unleash violence to him on demand
That a renowned criminal like Tinubu could even muster the effrontery to aspire for presidency shows how decayed our value system is. He, alongside his legion of deranged id!ots promoting his candidacy with the hope of extending their Lagos looting empire to our coffers in Abuja will soon be disgraced. |

JaroMan: What concerns Igbos with this story? If you didn't know the outcome of PDP convention since last month, then you should be in Romance section. PDP surely zoned the presidential ticket to north. But they want to draw the attention of the north to PDP, reason they also zoned the chairman there. The first chairman of PDP was Alex Ekwueme from SE, yet the PDP zoned the president to South. Ekwueme resigned to contest, then Solomon Lar became the chairman. If you follow all sporting activities, both football and Olympic, you will a trend. All FIFA sanctioned games are played in Asia. This is to awaken football enthusiasts in the region of the major one coming in Qatar. So it's a strategy. The East may not even get VP in the new arrangement. Possibly SP Because, PDP will win 2023, except the whole of South agree to support SE. OBJ cannot be president for 8 years Osibanjo VP for 8 years then Another SW will be president for 8 years. It's not done anywhere. Bravo bro! Ignore those Tinubu media warriors. Let them writhe in pain. |

Gbajure: A clever move by the northern group. With a xtian chairman, and no visible Muslim aspirants from the South, and no way the party will accept a xtian southerner for presidency, the ploy is for the emergence of a northerner as the party flagbearer in 2023. And instead of the Igbos demanding for what is their right, they are busy remarketing Asiwaju who has nothing to do with their moribund pdp.
