it will be hard for you to share now, cos of the system here...Accommodation is on the high side here...will advice you go for basement for now it's cheaper, before first semester finishes you will make friends and understand the terrain, then you can choose whom to share with...

Currently at Conestoga... Add your employment details,which includes employment letter,payslips/salary statement of account and leave letter but incase if you can't get a leave letter,no qualms...Add statement of purpose,your birth certificate, police character certificate,passport of your sponsor,finally, add your academic certificates,ranging from your nysc discharge certificate,degree certificate and so on...wishing you Goodluck.

@ Kaynine59...Dude try Conestoga College they don't have policy that you must pay part of your tuition...I paid cos i chose to do so,not cos the school wanted me to do so.

You print SOA once you are ready to apply cos in the Study permit-checklist its stated 6months statement of account INCLUDING the month u are making application,so there is nothing like validity.

You don't need to notarize your certificates,you can always notarize your sponsorship letter if need be,especially if the person sponsoring you is not either of your parents...
