@ Joe980...when re-applying must the person use the same course he/she used b4 in the previous application to reapply? in a situation whereby a person changes to another course,what must the person rectify? And also do these VOs go back 2 ones previous application?

@ Tonye001 in addition...u and ur wife can't apply at the same time for visa,is either u go first then she joins u later,or the other way round,cos the VO go reason say una wan run from comot from naija,ur family can serve as a hometie for u,the sooner u can get ur visa depends on the sooner u gain ur admission .

Here are the areas u went wrong...1.The money in ur sponsor's account was too small,u sponsor needs 2 up his/her account,u can also get a co-sponsor,2.the course u r going for is not related 2 ur first degree,so will advice u go for Masters/PGD/cert. program related to geology or the proposed work experience u will gain from ur friend's job offer instead of another UG...3.Add ur purchased property wen next u r applying,it serves as hometie...4.Add sponsorship letter(notarized),starting ur relationship wt him/her,why he/she is sponsoring u,no of his/her dependants,etc,5.Add all ur sch certs ranging from B.Sc,NYSC cert,transcript,waec etc 6.Since ur friend is offering u a job,accept the job so u can get employment letter,payslips and leave letter,thats another form of hometie for u...Lastly add a good and detailed SOP,just take ur time and repackage well ok...Goodluck!

@ Kaynine59...With the ideas u have gotten from this forum u have been able 2 point out 2 some of ur mistakes...Most of the reasons they gave would be addressed in ur SOP,like travel history,length of proposed stay and purpose of visit...As for ur course of study I dint see any correlation btw ur intended course of study and ur work experience...get a course similar 2 Estate management and co...also add ur employment details,which include letter of employment,pay slips and leave letter..Furthermore if u can get a co-sponsor based here in Nigeria,like one taking care of ur tuition and the other taking care of other expenses I believe it will help...U dint add Letter of sponsorship,so u should add it this time around(notarized)...don't forget 2 add ur sch fees receipt...Finally as for land docs it's another form of home tie,u can meet a lawyer for transfer of ownership in ur name since ur dad is late...Be strong bro...Wishing u all da best.

@ pchax...I appreciate ur open mindedness and rich idea cos it will help a lot of us in this forum,a proverb in my place says Uche onye adi njo (meaning someone's idea is not bad)but there are somethings we have to consider knowing fully well that this is a public forum,and u don't know who is who here...plagiarism is the major issue here and if u can remember during ur UG days how some people copy each others assignment word 2 word(copy and paste) some are even ready 2 copy the person's name too,I'm suggesting that the best thing to do here is to write out the STEPS to follow when writing SOPs for Visa and for supervisor,with that i believe that it will go a long way in helping us...Thanks

Now i don't have time to re apply for Winter, and May have no reasonable programs to offer me.

Just be on ur feet bro...challenges make a man! Try and see if ur program has May intake,then u can defer ur adm...if not u can find a related course if u can't wait till sept.

Co Sponsor is a senior banker ( Letter of Introduction with full salary was provided)
The refusal shock the entire family bros.
I intend to added co sponsors stock portfolio and sponsors purchase invoices

Nyesom Wike has no blue print for Rivers State...To him fighting a sitting Governor is a criteria to becoming a governor...His antecedents when he was the Jnr.Minister of Education was nothing to write home about...Under his watch Universities,Polythenics and Colleges embarked on a long strike,and he was insensitive,all he did was to be chasing rats when his own house was on fire,awarding contracts worth billions to his cronies,making uncouth speeches,As a former Minister can he boost of bringing any Federal project to Rivers state? Or Even rehabilitating any Fed.sch in Rivers state?He talks more like a tout,uncivilized,barbaric,greedy,arrogant,a bully,and also lacks the qualities of a leader...Rotimi Amaechi may be arrogant and a loose canon,but Wike is worst,A vote for Wike is a vote for unrest and invitation of militancy back 2 Rivers state...Prince Tonye Princewill or Prof Baridam would have been a sure bet for PDP...With Wike as the PDP flag bearer,the coast will be clear for Dakuku Peterside....I don't vote for party but individual...and Peterside is far better and sell able than Wike!

Bro pls what is the possibility of her getting a job after her M.Sc in Oil and Gas Chemistry at University of Aberdeen and also I heard that if one wnts 2 stay back after studies,that their is a minimum amount the person shuld have in his/her account b4 they consider allowing the person 2 stay bk...How true is that?

Is better for ur friend to attach her employment details since she is working,which includes her employment letter,academic leave and payslips...she stands a better chance wt employment details as hometies and will also address the issue of current employment status and asset,her employment details will form the basis of her SOP of she coming bk at the stipulated time as contained in her letter of academic leave and will also address the issue of purpose of visit in her SOP....Thats my opinion...
