Me being and economist the best thing to invest in is infrastructure not only will it reach the people but the world itself by tourism e.g.

tree lined pavements.

architectural buildings skyscrapers e.g where local business can be located and where people can live.

parks. Including theme parks(rides e.g) zoos,and beaches with local refreshments. for local people enjoyment.
