Chai, naija don sofa. Like all these..... 1. Stopped overseas scholarship introduced by his predecessor (Amaechi), he refused to allow the set at that time to finish, exerting pains and frustration to the students and their parents who does not have money. 2. closed down Rivers State sustainable development agency(RSSDA) who were in-charge of the overseas scholarship. 3. closed down Songhai Farm that was working in full capacity, almost all kind of agricultural products were been produced there, including rearing of cattle. 4. closed down Buguma Fish Farm 5.abandoned banana plantation 6. closed down a world class Ambassador Nne Korubo Modern secondary built built by his predecessor where Indians and Nigerian worked. The beneficiaries (students) only needed to pass their exams, no fees were paid with world class learning/teaching materials and environment. 7. sacked all the securities, gardeners, cleaners, computer instructors in all modern public primary schools employed by his predecessor ( thousands lost their jobs). 8. refused to confirm unconfirmed lecturers in Ken Saro Wiwa Polytechnic and dropped them. 9. No employment in Rivers State civil service and most importantly, education and health sector, teachers retires every month and no replacement, leaving public schools in the state with less man power, some don't have up to two teachers at present. 10. Stopped the provision of school uniform, books, bags, shoes, etc to primary schools in the state initiated by his predecessor. 11. Not concerned with free education he met, making public schools to function by proxy, pupils and students are made to pay because the schools can't run without fund. 12. For close to 7 years in his administration, no promotion of civil servants, withheld the payment of gratuity to retirees, most pensioners are living in pains and despair. 13. Greater Port Harcourt project only exist on paper, the prospective project 14. Shot down syringe factory at Rumuosi so that people won't be gainfully employed? Countless list...........? |
Nice! I think it's time Nigerians actually give a trial to new breed of personality and do away with the cultural and cyclonic pdp and apc. |
forayfleo:Those offices you mentioned that Wike held are not in any way basis that qualifies him to be a president Mr. Gov. Wike is a set back in Rivers State. Maybe you didn't know, let me remind you; 1. He stopped overseas scholarship for Rivers indigenes created by Amaechi. He couldn't even allow the set at that time to round up. 2. He closed down Rivers State sustainable development agency(RSSDA) that were in charge of that scholarship, Songhai farm, etc. 3. He closed down Songhai farm in Tai Local Government. Songhai farm would have been one of the best farm in South-South. The raw materials used in that farm were produced there too. Cattle rearing has commenced in that farm. There is little of agricultural produce that you can't get there 4. He closed down Ambassador Nne Korubo model secondary school at Eleme. No private school can be compared to that school. Indians were part of teaching staff in that school. Only what a child needs is to pass a test, every other things were free. 5. He sacked cleaners, Gardners, securities and computer instructors contracted in all the model primary schools in the state. At least, 14 workers in each school. Can you imagine that? Multiply by the number of schools. 6. He abandoned buguma fish farm at buguma and banana plantation in Ogoni. 7. Pensioners are dying every day, it doesn't concern him. Payment of gratuity is at decline. Or is it promotion of civil servants for the past 7 years that he didn't? 8. Education is abandoned as well, there were free books, school uniform, shoes, etc distributed to public primary schools before he came in, he stopped. Pupils are made to pay one thousand five hundred naira per term now for running of the schools. 9. Employment? Zero! Some public primary schools now in the state don't have up to 3 teachers. In fact, the list in countless. These are all verifiable facts. Go to Secretariat, no light most of the time, you have to climb stairs if you want to go to 10th floor. Some staff that can't climb will go to work some days but will not be able to reach their office. I pause here |
Result that you couldn't produce in Rivers State, is it federal you will produce? Hypocrite! You want to kill federal pensioners as you are doing in Rivers? No pension, no gratuity, no promotion for over 7 years, ministries are empty, no teachers in schools, hospitals has turned to farm yard, you're terrible your that construct over head bridges that serves as conduit to syphon money |
Ai least...... |
KingOfTheDamned:....and also typing trash like yours |
In the 21st century, people tend to misunderstand and misrepresent what hard working means. The death of a lady along my street recently prompted this post. She sells food(mama put) which of course, those that knows will know better. Early hours rising and late house sleep on daily basis. While some people were discussing about her demise, emphasis were mostly laid on how hardworking she was. Due to intrigues and feelings within the atmosphere, I couldn't speak my mind to them, to let them know that being hard working isn't all about restlessness, no time for one's self and so forth in this era anymore, rather, it is one ability to maximize time productively and at the same time, achieving your set goals with little pressure. At this point, sharing experiences may help some persons on this forum to have a rethink. So, what is your description of being hard working? |
Nice to be amongst the first set of this great project |

Agitation keeps increasing in most quarters of the country (Nigeria) for firearms to be legalized especially with continuous rise of insecurity in the Nation. It's no news as well on how people that are privileged to be in possession of firearm legally, misused the arm at different times making difficult to accept legalisation of firearm. I am therefore tempted to pose this question, what do you think or in what way will people mostly abuse legalisation of firearm if it is made available for people to possess? For me, it could be abused in these areas; *Theft *Infidelity (either of the couple),etc |
One of the biggest scam of this APC Government, the school feeding doesn't worth it in any way. |
This minister knows no shame at all! What is left in the country if not corruption? Is it also Ghana that is lobbying Nigerians to relocate out the country? |

Somewhere in a nearby state called Rivers, they're busy looting funds in anticipation to be president leaving the state on a sorry state. Only overhead bridges and few kilometer roads within Port Harcourt City and Obio)Akpor LGAs. |
Parachoko:Does it mean that you turned your phone upside down while reading the piece? Or you just assumed op requested for the loan? I presume you're one their agent, hence your ineptness. |

qtx:If other weaknesses are politically conceived, could you outrightly oppose any with fact? Again, if I wasn't objective, I wouldn't have mentioned areas where he is trying. Those points up there are cogent and real fact, none is ill conceived. |

As earlier posted on this forum concerning Governor Wike's interest in contesting for president, I decided to look at some of his weaknesses and strength as Rivers State Governor for about 7 years in office from a lame man's perspective. Wike came to power in 2015 and has done more worst to Rivers than any previous administration. His WEAKNESS: 1. Stopped overseas scholarship introduced by his predecessor (Amaechi), he refused to allow the set at that time to finish, exerting pains and frustration to the students and their parents who does not have money. 2. He closed down Rivers State sustainable development agency(RSSDA) who were in-charge of the overseas scholarship. 3. For close to 7 years in his administration, no promotion of civil servants, withheld the payment of gratuity to retirees, most pensioners are living in pains and despair. 13. Greater Port Harcourt project only exist on paper, the prospective project was abandoned *The list is ............. His STRENGTH: 1. Construction of Over head bridges AKA flyovers 2. Regular payment of wokers salaries 3. Construction of roads I stand to be corrected. |

Interesting fact indeed! The fight and agitation for Better governance is collective one by all citizens who are not in government. Imagine NANS, NLC, NBA, NMA, and other unions in total support with ASUU on this agitation? And vice versa when it affects others, then, only then will the brain of our so-called leaders be formatted |
Hey, where is Jay Jay? Your list is incomplete |
Obviously, this war isn't going to last forever, why can't these guys do what will be done to end this war in future now? |
I see no basics of comparison in the pictures, I mean, it doesn't add up and makes no meaning |
"Slave Merchants"? What a bombshell! .....poised to implement destructive policies, exactly! That's why they're doing everything to pass a bill in the national assembly in order to always have their to creeple the economy without any opposition. I just wondered the kind of IQ buhari supporters has. |
