Nigerian Troops stormed Sambisa enclave, kill 6 Boko Haram terrorists

The Nigerian troops of ‘Operation Hadin Kai’ North East, have  killed six  Boko Haram  after it raided a camp of the terrorists in the fringes of Sambisa Forest in Borno state. 

It was gathered that the terrorists were eliminated during fighting patrol by the troops in conjunction with the Civilian Joint Task Force(CJTF), and HYBRID forces  on Sept. 7, 2023 at Garin Ba'aba in Ba Local Government Area. 

Bama is located about 70km drive from Maiduguri and also at the centre of the Sambisa Forests.

Intelligence sources told Zagazola Makama, a Counter-Insurgency Expert and Security Analyst in the Lake Chad region, that the terrorists tried to show some resistance but the troops engaged and nutrialised them. 

 "We  entered their village at Garin Ba'abba which is inside Sambisa forest, we encountered their surveillance team known as  "Murabitun '' and instantly naturalized four among them.

"The rest of the Boko Haram began screaming Allahu Akhbar, Allahu Akhbar and started firing from their position. But in the gunbattle that ensued, we gunned down two more terrorists while the rest escaped,"said the sources.

A suspected electricity cable thief met a grim fate near an electricity transformer in Niger state on Friday, September 8.

According to sources familiar with the unfortunate incident, the ill-fated individual was discovered lifeless early this morning.

A source told trendygists that the deceased, who was suspected of attempting to pilfer electricity cables from the transformer, met his demise when power was unexpectedly restored.

Unfortunately, the young man’s daring endeavor to abscond with the cables ended in a fatal electrocution during a brazen act of theft that took place at the Minna printing press transformer located opposite Minna Old Secretariat, along Keteren Aware road, Minna.

Confirming the incident, one Awwal Salihu wrote:

Atanda Modupe Deborah, a student of the nursing department in Stream A of the Faculty of Basic Medical Science at Federal University Oye Ekiti (FUOYE), who was reported missing in early September, has been found dead.

It was gathered that the grim discovery was made today in Oye Ekiti, sending shockwaves throughout the university community and beyond.

Trendygists learned that Deborah, who was last seen on the 4th of September, 2023, in front of the pharmacy twin hall within the FUOYE campus, had gone out to study, but her disappearance had left her family and friends in a state of anxiety and concern.

Tragically, her lifeless body was found today, September 06, bearing severe injuries to her head, and even more disturbingly, her eyes were allegedly plucked out, painting a chilling picture of the circumstances surrounding her death.

The tragic death of the victim was also confirmed in a statement released by the student union body of the school.

Treat your wives well, don't be a Lion in the home, be relatable, treat your wives with love and respect, develop friendship and intimacy with your wife that will sustain you both till old age.

I know old women who don't stay for Omugwo cause them no fit leave their husband, such husbands are reaping where they sowed ni. If they were bad to their wives, you think the wives will be running back to them?

What kind of old woman wants to start life afresh, even looking for a job in UK at that old age when she should be enjoying retirement with her husband?
