Caster Semenya, the South African Olympic champion banned from competing in world female track and field championships as long as she continues to refuse hormone treatments to reduce her testosterone levels, has revealed that at some point in her career she usually walked into the changing room naked just to prove that she was a girl.

Caster Semenya made the disclosure at the Standard Bank Top Women Conference held at Emperors Palace in Kempton Park on the East Rand. According to her, walking around naked became neccesary because her teammates struggled to compete with her.

Also revealing how her humble beginning toughened her up, the athlete said she grew up around boys and had to walk seven miles every single day – the reason she is fast.

Khafi, who is up for eviction this week, says she is tired already and would like to go home. She revealed this to her fellow housemate, Cindy, after she had a faceoff with another housemate, Jackie last night.

The faceoff with Jackie started when Big Brother gifted the housemates alcohol after the Friday night arena game. When it arrived, Jackie argued that the drinks were for the cruisetopia team. Her comment did not go well with the ‘Icons’, and this led to a serious disagreement.

With Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez out injured, Barcelona lost their opening La Liga match 0-1 away to Athletico Bilbao, the first time since 2009

Artiz Aduriz scored Bilbao’s goal in the 89th minute, in a game that the defending champions truly deserved to lose.

According to statistics, Bilboa had five shots on target to Barcelona’s one, though Barcelona had 72 per cent of possession.

What they obviously lacked was the clinical finish, accentuated by the absence of captain Lionel Messi, who is for now sidelined by injury.

And it was remarkable that the only shot the champions had towards goal was by Suarez in the 33rd minute, the last act that created his injury.

Evangelist beaten for stealing phones while preaching in Ibadan



A 49-year-old self-acclaimed Evangelist, Mr Akinjide Durojaiye got more than he bargained for as he was beaten for allegedly stealing two new mobile phones from a shop he preached at in Ibadan, Oyo state capital.

The Evangelist at Dominion Assembly in Ilare-Ijesa area of Osun state, claimed the “spirit” directed him to preach to the people at a phone shop in Femi Johnson Building located at Dugbe area of Ibadan.

He however left the shop with two phones valued at N70,000, hid in a shop within the complex when chased but eventually got busted by an attendant at the shop. The phones were retrieved from him by the mob that manhandled him.


Confessing to the crime, Durojaiye blamed it all on the devil as he disclosed that he stole to raise money to offset the medical bill of his 7-year-old son who jumped down from a 2-storey building.

The father of four who was released after some persons intervened, further revealed that his wife ‘abandoned’ the kids with him after they got divorced.

The post-mortem examination results of French-Irish teenager Nora Anne Quoirin showed she died of starvation.

Malaysia State police chief Datuk Mohamaad Mat Yusop said official cause of death was upper gastrointestinal bleeding due to duodenal ulcer complicated by perforation, meaning there was internal bleeding in the intestines due to an ulcer which was brought on by starvation.

He said police had ruled out foul play in Nora Anne’s death, adding that there were no signs of kidnapping or rape.

Charlotte Oduro, the popular Ghanaian counsellor has urged people judging gays and lesbians to refrain from doing so.



Taking a swipe at Pastors for not doing enough to deliver homose-xuals that attend their churches, the Ghanaian counsellor alleged that Pastors are now interested in the offering they get instead of their flock.

Counselor Charlotte Oduro further stated that homosexuality is a spiritual thing which shouldn’t be dealt with physically.

“Men of God are no more Spiritual, they don’t pray because they think they have made it already. All they think about is the Offering, give more. Give more for what? The souls that would give you the money, they no longer care about them.

When somebody is a Lesbian or Gay, it’s not a joke, Don’t Judge Homosexuals Because You Do Not Know What Led Them into the Act. There are Gays in the Church, Lesbians in the Church. They think the Church is where they would be delivered but the Church is now where they are even blessed to do more.

It a spiritual thing and we don’t deal with it physically. I don’t judge people like that because we are not in their shoes” she said.

The 22-year-old California rapper made the shocking claims during an interview with Los Angeles radio station Real 92.3 on Thursday, August 8.


When asked by Big Boy, “How many females you think you knocked down in the last six months?” Blueface responded, “1,000, I’m a f–ker.”

He went on to explain how he was able to bed 1000 women in a short amount of time.

Tacha and Seyi who were ”evicted” and sent to a fake house during last Sunday July 21st eviction show, returned back to the Big Brother house this evening. Most of the housemates were pleasantly surprised to see Seyi and hugged him with so much excitement. The same could not be said for Tacha as the reception was very cold and awkward.


Shortly after their return, the housemates gathered around for dinner where they were expected to speak some hard truth to themselves.



Mike won the hearts of many as he faced Tacha and told her bluntly that she exudes a lot of bad energy. According to Mike, a part of him and other housemates were excited that she left that Sunday.

Tacha before you left, I am just going to keep it 100% . I am not going to lie. I did not like your energy at all. Not one bit. It was completely unacceptable in my eyes and I feel like when you did leave, a part of me was actually elated.
