However I just received an email from DHL saying my passport will be delivered tomorrow.
But I haven’t received a decision mail yet what does this mean please??

The amount for the trip will be judged based on his income from his business and monthly disposable income. He will need to include to both accounts since he is a business person.

My brother wants to come over for my graduation (Jan2020). Will it be ideal for him to use two account statements? I.e his corporate account and savings account. Again, his budget for the visit is £1000 (5 days visit). We don’t know if this amount will be considered insufficient or “not enough” for the visit.

Hello able gurus in the house please help me on this one I beg you. My brother wants to come over for my graduation from Nigeria by January 2020 ( He’s got a virgin passport). I’v Been going through the enormous/helpful informations here but I am still confused via the issue of finance; my bro is a business man (registered). He plans to stay for 15 days. My questions are:

•Is £2000 an acceptable budget for the timeframe?

•Again, being a business man, stating his income accurately can be tricky/difficult.

•How can all this be accurately deduced from his account statement?

Gurus here have repeatedly warned applicants to be careful about this aspect hence my fear.

Check the postcode of your uni, then use the postcode to look for a house share on sparerooms.co.uk (because you’ve used the postcode, it will show you houses around the uni). Houseshare is good because you sometimes don’t need a guarantor to get a room, but get ready to share kitchen or toilet with strangers/students.

Alternatively, you can search for the Nigerian society or afro-Caribbean society of your uni and then ask them for help with accommodation.

Just prepare your mind to sleep in a hotel or bed and breakfast for at least one night, to enable you inspect all the rooms you find online.

The problem is that my school registrar travelled out...So me getting my cert might take months.
Are there no other alternative for it via visa application?
