Oh, I understand. It's not in all cases that you ignore the word following anywhere the word "kai" is used. Generally, context, common sense, structural hint, and an overall sense of scripture and author's intent are the best guides. In the verse you quoted above, water and blood are not one and the same. The water refers to the Jesus's divinity or his "begotteness" while blood refers to his humanity or being born of a woman.

Yes, accelerated testing births higher figures since there is already a community spread. More worrisome though is the death rate. Are these all coming from the isolation centres or some were posthumously captured? I ask because it is shocking that Ghana that has improved testing habits has such comparatively low fatality. As for patients with underlying medical challenges, I think almost every nation has a share of that.

I will for now find it difficult to rely on Nigeria's data as a basis for any meaningful analysis. I consider that the testing efforts here are grossly inadequate as to present a true and realistic picture of the pandemic. That is a story for another day, though

They don't shoot them most times, rather, they call for backup.

A black guy was shot in the chest early this year threatening officers with just a rubber bat.

They shot one white guy holding a gun, but after warning and begging him for almost 30mins with squad of cops.
