At the mention of Buhari, files in petroleum ministry and NNPC begins to jump up in anticipation and in fear. The man is not a clueless one. He knows just exactly what to do, and he is doing it conciously. Taking his time, as a strategist militarily, he knows when to move and when to pounce.. The thing that gives me joy is that this man is not the type that can be pushed about like the clueless Jonathan; nor one whose cabinet can control or hijacked like that waterside drunk.

The light is gradually setting in, though it will take alot of time to fully addressed and undo the horrors of the immediate past administation of wastage, looting and drunks .

Pls don't wish him such curses, for i know you are angry, and you have every right to.

The fact remains that Jonathan is the worse to ever happen to the Nigerian leadership cadre, as far a democratic rule is concerned. Even the Abacha regime is a saint compare to the senseless senselessness of the GEJ regime that was effectively hijacked by women: wherein one was busy buying 250, million Naira bullet cars (probably hiding from Okija juju ), while another (petroleum minister) succesfully wasted a whooping 10billion naira in shattering of fleights to and fro the air, like Satan looking for Job. And we have yet to mention his wife (the real husband) who was busy filling up her bunkering vessels at Forcadoes terminal, without any hitches whatever.

Yet, for six good years, non of our refinaries were working. And some sentimentalists down here are saying, Jonah did his best?

The desirability of any fighter is not just its radar and electronic capabability, but mostly its strenght measured in speed and manovaurability.

We know that the JF-17 Block 2— aircraft have air-to-air refuelling capability, improved avionics, enhanced load carrying capacity, data link, and electronic warfare capabilities: but that is not all it entails to be a formidable and a deterrence-serving Fighter.

For instance, its engine and speed level are things to worry about,
Engine supply is an issue. Most RD 93 of china are for drones. This is a proven system. Even Russian's T50 with 50 kn thrust can do 1.8 mach.
With 10,000 hours/13,500 sorties, equates to 45 minutes per sortie,
“Notwithstanding the aerial refueling capability [which has many operational and logistics limitations], the short sortie time may always be a no-no for prospective buyers,”

The truth is, at such low speed of 1.8 mach, the plane is no match for enemies targets like Su34 and 27; and is a 'sitting duck' for enemy's anti-aircraft missiles.

This is certainly not the type of fighter Nigeria should go for. I can even shoot it with my catapult.

Also, Conformal fuel tanks are absolutely essential to a multi-role JF-17, but these are not easy to install, since the aerodynamics of the aircraft is greatly altered and it would call for flight testing in all regimes, including certification of all store anew.



Well, like somebody said, For now, we know the JF-17 block II is a non-disputable asset for NAF now, when you take into consideration the delapitated state of the army/AF; couple with the fact that it is very low in cost, and provide an option for technological transfer.

So, on these grounds, one can argue in favour of it. But on the long run we can't do without the services of the su 27/30 or su34. For now we can get su27/30 jet, but if we want to be serious about “future” threats, i prefer we place an order for Su34 jets— it is more advance. It is designed to deliver high-precision strikes on heavily defended targets in any weather conditions, day or night, and fields weaponry that includes a 30mm GSh-301 cannon, up to 12 Alamo or Archer AAMs, ASMs, and bombs. The fact that The two members of the crew sit down side by side in a large cabin, with the pilot-commander to the left and navigator/operator of weapons to the right in a jettisonable Zvezda K-36dm seat [that has an inlaid system of massage] also make it something we cant ignore. The advantage of the side by side cockpit is to eliminate the duplication of instruments and controls of flight, which improves efficiency and comfort. Hmmm... To say that the US is a victim of terrorism as it relate to 9/11, would amount to a corruption of the word ''victim'' or ''victimization.''

Lets look at it.

Simply put, a victim is a person who suffers from being at the recieving end of an overt or covert criminal act.

Criminologists now view the role of the victim in the criminal process as imperative to understanding the crime itself. Studying and researching victimology helps in gaining a better understanding of both the victim, as well as the criminal, and how the crime may have been precipitated.
For the purpose of understanding and researching victimology, four theories have been developed: victim precipitation theory, the lifestyle theory, deviant place theory, and the routine activities theory.
However, Our focus shall be on the first--victim precipitation theory.

The Victim Precipitation Theory views victimology from the stand point that the victims themselves may actually initiate, either passively or actively, the criminal act that ultimately leads to injury or death. During passive precipitation, the victim unconsciously exhibits behaviors or characteristics that instigate or encourage the attack. It is possible that all the planes were commandeered by way of existing remote control technology, which would explain a number of the unanswered questions. 7. Evidence for explosives at the Pentagon was discovered and not explained.

8. Some survived Workers at the buildings testified of hearing explosions at the bottom of the buildings, withing a split minute before the planes actually impacted.

9.The debris damage in Pennsylvania indicates that Flight 93 was shot down.

10. The 3rd building (sector 7) went down on a free fall without anything hitting it. How come?

11. The BBC reported the collapse of the twin towers ''27minutes'' before it actually occurred. (somebody went off book, right? )

12. Osama bin Laden blamed for the attacks, produced a tape stating his innocence, not once but twice.
Why would he do that, being a man not afraid of death?

13. Even the FBI did not enter his name as the prime suspect for the crime.

And so many more discrepancies and cover ups.

Thus, from the above, we can see that the US was aware of what happened in 9/11, is directly involved, and by virtue of the Victim's Precipitation Theory, the US as a government, was never a victim of 9/11: Rather, the PERPETRATOR!
