The card gets declined as well by POS and ATM even if I fund it from my normal account, which makes the situation seem like it's the card problem.

"Your card was declined by the issuing bank. Please try a different card or contact your card issuer with questions", error message I got from trying to link Africard to PayPal. I think something wasn't right with how my card was issued because apart from this, I can't use it to withdraw from atm or pos even when I fund it. I need help with this please, guys.

I tried linking my Africard to my PayPal but it was declined. Although, I already have a zenith card linked to the account.

I don't know what could be the cause for the decline; although, my second name is not on my PayPal account but is on the card.

I tried to change my name on PayPal, but they are requesting for legal document and ID, should I proceed?

I think the issue with linking Africard may be a general issue. I'm not too sure about that though. But I'm guessing the conflicting last name isn't the issue.

The reason why this group is still active is the help lot of people get [including me] here. Since you're having issues with card linking, you shouldn't have contacted PayPal. You would have just asked here and someone will help out. And also, if you read this thread from page 1 to 30 or so, you'd see a solution to your problem because we've seen lots of issues like yours that got solutions.

If your card is INTERNATIONAL HIGH as you've said, have up to 3k in your card then try linking.
I hope the address on your card is same with your billing address on your PayPal. If you try all this and didn't workout, try an exchanger. Thanks.

You guys will abuse this thing o. Your details will still be the same, it's not like PayPal have blacklisted the card. Some exchangers are willing to buy at up to 360/$ these days if you're patient and have their MOQ. You'll just have to do due diligence.

This is a sad story:

A man in Kano went to a foodseller.
He had not eaten in 3 days.
He begged the seller for food on credit.

The foodseller said no because he already gave food to too many people on credit.

The man sat down beside the foodseller’s shop as he had nowhere else to go.

The foodseller told him he’s very sorry and he would like to help but too many people in the neighbourhood have collected food on credit and his business is sinking.

The man sat there and said nothing.

As time went on, other people came into the shop to buy foodstuff and went out- they noticed the man at the door sitting there sleeping. But nobody bothered.

Then the other man said: “How much is the food he wants?”

The food seller said “It’s a few cups of garri, rice and beans. Everything may be 2,000 naira”.

The other man said “Alright pack everything he wants and more. I would pay for it. Let him go home to his family and eat”.

The foodseller packed all the food and went outside to tell the man with joy that someone has paid for his food.

He saw the man still sleeping.
He tapped him to wake him up, he didn’t respond. Tapped him again, nothing.

The man had died.
He died sitting and waiting for help.

This happened just few days ago in Badawa, Kano. Some people who live in that area know this story.

The man was dead all along while people were coming in and out of the shop thinking he was sleeping.

He died hopeless. He died helpless. He died a man who his country failed.

Kano has 17 million people.
Less than 200,000 people got any form of palliative from the government.

Many people got hungry.
Many people died in their houses.
Many people starved to death from a govt that locked them in and gave no food.

An evil clueless thoughtless leadership.

If you know anyone in this period who is hungry around you and you can afford a little food or money to give him/her, please do.

Many people are walking the streets with an empty stomach, a sorry face and are dead within. It’s only a matter of time before they physically die.

Don’t be the one who walks into a store and doesn’t bother to ask about the beggar at the door.

We all have our problems yes,
But our little curiosity may save a life.

Be the one who asks “who is that person sitting there?” Be the one who helps.
And be the one who saves a life.

Its free to submit both registered and unregistered names but there is also payment option called coins. 1coin=$1

coin submission is for bulk submission of unregistered names, but you will be the one to register it when it is accepted. (unregistered names comes with limit, it increase when your acceptance rate is good)

coin submission is also for registered name, no limits for submission, faster review time unlike when you submit without coin

SH is not a registrar. When your unregistered name is accepted and the option you used in submitting was for SH to register, SH will register it

To join contest now, you pay $10. It wasn't so at the beginning. That is why I strongly advice everyone to take advantage of SH registering names because i know it wont last for ever.

U don't Register domains at SH, cos they are not registry, u only submit Registered/unregistered names to them.

Dont be tossed by every wind. someone does this today, you go into it. someone sells this, you change direction. Yes be flexible but be a master in one area.

I dont consider myself good in Geo but i am good in Brandable. I am a novice when it comes to numeric or emoji domain. Trust me there are loads of other categories of domains.

First Port of call for me is to submit names to SH as unregistered with the option for SH to do the registration. if the name gets rejected, I submit it to BB if its a BB kind of name.

If BB accepts it, I either register it or sell it off on BB slack channel.

This saves me money spent on renewal with reduced profit(I am ok with this).

So always have a plan & stick to it.

If i discover a name has lots of potential end users, I register & I dont list on SH or BB, I might submit it to see how much price they will set on it. My plan will be to outbound to those endusers

I have two. One Qasa table top, which cost me 12k and a Lontor standing fan which cost 18k. Both are rechargeable. The Qasa charges slightly faster then than the Lontor. Both last about 8 hours at medium speed when fully charged. The Lontor also comes with remote control.
