I buy Cards and Gifts for my Wifey and Write on it and at the end put my little Kids name. Wifey also does same thing. It's very normal so I don't understand why it's difficult to understand. On mother's day I wish my own Mother a Happy Mother's Day, and I know my Kids would have also done same to their mother but they are still young so I do it for them. Hope you understand, its very normal across Europe here. Teachers would even ask Nursery kids what they Bought for their Parents on such anniversaries cos they know either Parents will do it for them while the kids takes the credit.

It is superstition. I didn't touch my Son's hair until he was 3 or so. Caused his afro looked so cute on him and I cut my daughter,s hair after 2 or so. The Major reason is to cut the Baby hair and alllow her hair grow proper. But there are others that don't even touch their kids hair so you have to make your own choice
