In the case of Presidential Election, it is between 1st and 2nd on the Log.

However, the last election does not require re-run because a candidate got 25% in 29 states of the federation + Majority Votes.

Atiku, who occupied the 2nd position did not have 25% in 25 states.

I won't talk about the jester who only garnered 25% in 16 states.

I am not from Anambra.
I have given scholarships to children from my church and hometown.
However, it doesn't need announcement because I am doing it just by my personal conviction.
Not because of public image lauding or future political undertone.

If Innoson will not announce it publicly, let him do it codedly. Kamsiyochukwu and family will let us know.
But to keep quiet completely will mean hypocrisy.

I took time to educate you what your elementary teacher didn't or perhaps you weren't paying attention.

At elementary level, you would say it is indivisible.

However, at a more advanced age, you should know it is divisible.
The answer is 9.25.
9 is a whole part.
Meaning you will count and have 9 groups of 4 persons.

0.25 is not up to a whole number being a quarter of the extra 1.
So it's not real because a human can't be a fraction.

However, you have 9 groups (real) and a quarter (unreal because you are talking of human being).

Imagine the figure is money, you can't tell anyone that you can't divide 37 by 4. It is divisible.
At least, you were taught that when they began introducing you to fractions and decimal.

So, what you were taught at elementary level is to give you a base to more advanced knowledge.
