Hi guys.
Need opinion from people experienced in law/ handling of accidents.

Recently had an accident in a car driven by a friend, saw the whole thing unfold from the back seat.

The road comfortably takes 3 cars, our car attempted to pass through the middle of two cars in front. One of the cars veered into our lane without trafficking, causing the car to lose control and somersault.

I don't remember anyting else, but coming out of the crash, I observed one of the cars in front, upturned with its windows broken, chassis scratched and bumper broken.

Now owner of car wants us to pay 500k for damages.

Note both cars are in FRSC yard.

Any advice?

We've just finished moulding BRICKS for fence and to start the building proper, however there is a slight issue here as the Land-owners "OMONILE" are requesting for an INSANE fee of 300k , 150 for fence and 150 for Building foundation. I find this very absurd and wicked on their PART, and if its left to me, i won't cough out that outrageous sum of money. You can simply use a bag of cement to measure it.


Fill the bucket with half a bag of cement, and note the level.

Then take 3 of that same buckets of sand filled to the same level as done with the cement
And 6 of that same buckets with aggregate.(male sure its the same level of the cement.


Thats a mix ratio of 1:3:6 (in buckets)
